I'm just gently closing your eyes,
Starting to tune into breath,
Bringing awareness to breath,
Noticing breath,
Noticing body,
And integrating mind into breath and then into body,
Allowing the mind to become one with breath and then becoming one into the body.
Feel the whole body breathing in each moment of time,
And the breath nourishing every cell,
Every vein,
Every organ,
Just noticing.
Noticing how the nervous system starts to relax,
To unwind.
Everything starts to soften,
Just notice that.
Noticing how you've emptied from thoughts,
You're emptying from your to-do list,
You're just left with a complete awareness,
A complete consciousness that is you.
With every breath,
There's a deeper understanding of consciousness,
There's a deeper understanding of awareness,
And I want you to imagine yourself barefoot walking along a path.
Notice what kind of path you're walking on,
Notice what is around you while walking on this path,
And you're completely barefoot,
Fully connected,
There's no separation between you and earth.
There's no sandal,
Shoe,
Rubber,
Plastic,
Just you fully connected and supported by earth,
By Mother Earth.
Notice what you feel when you're in this complete connection,
No separation and almost one with earth.
Notice what happens to your body when in contact with the earth,
Noticing everything that's transpiring by having this contact,
This connection with earth.
Is this the connection that you're longing for?
Is this what you've been searching for?
What is this connection doing for you in this moment of time?
With every step that you take,
With every contact that you have,
Body to body,
Your physical body to the physical body of Mother Earth.
What is in being inspired through this connection with Mother Earth?
Is it inspiring joy,
Is it inspiring dancing or movement,
Creativity?
With every step that you take,
The support that you have right there beneath you,
Do you notice that you want to jump,
Scream for joy,
Bow or kneel down?
What is it that you feel called to do based off of this connection in this moment of time?
How is this connection bringing more consciousness to every step that you take?
How can it be translated to your everyday steps in life?
Each step that you take from going to the kitchen to the living room,
Just notice what is being brought into your awareness through this barefoot,
Skin to skin,
Body to body connection with earth.
What is the teaching behind connection?
What is the earth sharing with you about connecting or connection?
Your connection with her?
What does that really mean?
What is coming forward about connection,
Connecting?
And once you have received that teaching,
Notice yourself sitting in the earth.
Just being here,
Sitting in silence,
Breathing the same breath as the earth.
What shifts have you noticed within yourself from the start of this process,
The start of this meditation to right now in this moment?
What have you noticed?
What can you observe?
What shifts have transpired within you?
And with all of this new awareness,
How can you be more conscious in your steps today in your walking movements today?
