As you start to bring awareness to breath,

Bring awareness to body,

Noticing,

Slowing everything down.

Through these noticings,

Through these awarenesses,

You are able to slow down,

To relax,

To unwind.

Just allow yourself to notice each moment of deeper states of relaxation,

Deeper states of consciousness,

Of noticing.

What do you notice when you go into these spaces of relaxation,

Of noticing?

I want you to visualize a picture.

What does the picture look like?

Allow it to just come forward,

Maybe it's a picture that you have in your home,

Maybe it's one that's just coming up forward,

Coming forward to you to notice,

To see,

To observe.

As this picture is here in front of you,

Notice the size of it,

Notice the colors,

Notice everything you need to notice about this picture.

What feelings do you get from this picture?

What felt sensations?

What emotions?

What thoughts?

Take note of it all.

Allow this picture to speak to you.

What is it sharing with you?

Just allow yourself to be fully with this picture now.

Is this picture wanting to have a conversation with you?

Is it time for you to also share or are you still needing to listen,

To just listen deeply to the teachings of the picture?

Just surrender the need to control or to try and change or alter anything and just be with the picture that has shown up in your awareness and your consciousness right here,

Right now.

There's something that the picture wants to tell you about moving forward,

Future oriented,

How to do something that you're working on or working towards.

What is this message?

Listen here now for that message about forward,

Moving forward,

Future oriented,

Whatever that might mean to you.

And just offering gratitude to this picture and all the messages and medicine has brought forward to bring into light for you.

As you start to bring awareness back to body,

Back to breath,

Knowing how you need to move forward in the next moments of time.
