As you start to get comfortable in your meditative position,
Sitting or laying,
Bringing your
Hands to your heart and taking three conscious breaths,
With each breath inviting in relaxation,
Inviting in clarity,
Inviting in balance,
And just bringing awareness to your body and
Bringing awareness to your big,
Beautiful,
Deep,
Long,
Slow breath,
And just bringing
A gentle curiosity to the flow of the breath.
Notice how it flows through the body,
And you can rest your hands back down,
Still tuning
Into breath,
Conscious breathing,
And your breath is going to share with you how you
Are always in flow,
So stay in tune with breath,
And how is your breath just like a river?
How is it always in flow?
What does that mean?
What does it look like?
What does it feel like?
So as you start to really listen deeply to your breath,
Giving it the space to share
With you,
What does it mean to always be in flow?
Always in motion,
Movement,
Yet still nice.
What does that mean?
Ask the breath,
Tune into the breath's insight,
Your pranayama,
When your mind shares with
You that you are not in flow,
What happens with the breath,
So tune into that.
When the mind starts to say you're not in the flow,
You're stuck,
Take a deep breath
And then tune into the wisdom of the breath.
Just like the wind of change,
What is the breath of change?
What does that mean?
Your breath is connected to lungs,
Respiratory system.
What does that system have to share with you today?
What do the organs of lungs have to share with you today about flow,
Flowing with life,
The flow of life?
Now is your breath just like the wind,
The air and also the river?
How do they all connect?
What is common within these components or aspects within us and around us?
As you bring hands back to heart,
Just tuning back into body in the present moment and taking
Take time today to be with wind,
Air,
River,
Lungs.
Allow them to inspire you today.
Namaste.
