Okay,

Let's get into our comfy meditative position with whoever it is that you've chosen to meditate with today.

So as you get comfy,

Wiggling and jiggling,

Laying down or sitting up,

Whatever you've decided is perfect.

And let's take some deep breaths in,

Focusing on your breath,

Inhaling and exhaling.

And inhaling and exhaling,

Inhaling and exhaling.

Today we're going to choose one emotion,

Whether it's happiness or joy or grateful,

Thankful,

Excitement,

Playful.

Choose one emotion and once you have it,

Imagine that you are that emotion.

You are happiness.

So what does it feel like in your body?

If it's excitement,

What is exciting?

What feels exciting to you?

Going to the park,

Going to a friend's,

Feel that excitement.

If it's happiness,

What is happiness?

Is it dancing?

Is it laughing?

Is it telling a joke?

Is it telling a story?

So one emotion,

Pick it and then start to imagine that you feel that excitement or joy or happiness,

Laughter,

Playfulness.

And breathe,

Inhale and exhale.

And inhale and exhale.

Keep imagining that emotion.

What are you doing to feel that emotion?

Keep feeling it.

Feel it in your heart.

Feel it in your belly.

Feel it like you want to smile from ear to ear.

Keep breathing.

Few more breaths.

Inhale feeling the love.

Inhale feeling the happiness.

Inhale feeling the calmness.

Amazing.

One more time.

Inhale and exhale.

Okay,

Let's scan the body.

Imagine that you're going through a tunnel at the park to get from one slide to the next.

Like a scan of the body,

Noticing how your head feels,

Your face,

Your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your belly,

Your legs,

Your toes.

Does it feel full of the happiness or does it feel full of the joy?

Does it feel full of the emotion that you chose?

This is what you're going to share with your mom or dad or whoever it is that you chose to meditate with today.

How does it feel in your body to have that full emotion?

Namaste.
