Alright mom or dad or mom and dad and kitties here we go.
Here is a fun meditation that we're gonna do together.
So let's start by getting in our comfy spot and position laying down or sitting nice and tall and we're gonna take five deep breaths together.
Breathe in through the nose and exhale.
One.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Two.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Three.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Four.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Five.
Now I want you to imagine your favorite animal.
See your favorite animal in your mind and this animal is your very best friend and it can talk to you.
It has a message,
A special message just for you.
What is it saying to you,
This animal?
And now it's gonna take you on a little ride.
So imagine that you're getting on to the animals back and you're going for a little fun ride.
It's showing you all the different trees and water and clouds and buildings.
Just have some fun.
Imagine that you're going for a ride with your best friend and it's an animal.
How cool is that?
So take a moment to go on the ride on the journey with the animal.
Maybe you're having a little chat or conversation.
Allow the imagination to go.
Amazing.
What a special ride that was.
