All right mom,
Dad and kids or child,
Let's get ready to meditate together.
So today we're going to come into a comfortable position whether you're sitting or laying down.
Get nice and comfy,
Any wiggling or jiggling out.
And as you get comfortable,
Start to notice and pay attention to your breath.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Breathing in and breathing out.
And today we're going to do a blowing bubbles meditation.
So I want you to picture or imagine you out in an open field with a beautiful bucket of bubble concoction.
And as you dip the bubble stick into the container,
You pull out the stick.
I want you to actually use your breath to blow the bubble.
As you inhale and then you see yourself blowing the bubble.
And then you put the stick back into the bubble container and you get some more.
Breathing in and imagine seeing yourself blowing the bubbles.
Two more times like that.
We're gonna make a few more bubbles.
So inhale,
Blow the bubbles.
And inhale,
Get your bubbles ready.
And blow the bubbles.
On your next inhale,
Get the bubbles ready.
And this time I want you to watch the bubbles floating into the air after you blow the bubbles.
So get your bubbles ready.
Inhale and blow the bubbles.
And watch the bubbles.
See the rainbow in the bubbles.
See the small bubbles.
See the big bubbles.
See some of the bubbles on top of each other like a big bubble family.
Amazing.
Let's do that one more time.
So put your stick in the bubble bin.
Inhale and blow the bubbles softly.
And watch the bubbles.
What do you notice this time with the bubbles?
How fast or slow the bubbles are flying in the air.
They pop in the air or they fall to the ground and pop.
Just watch all the bubbles.
Amazing.
Good work.
So now I want you to just notice your breath.
Bring focus to your breath.
Inhaling,
Filling the belly.
And exhaling.
Just bringing yourself back.
Noticing the breath in the body.
Amazing.
How did blowing the bubbles and seeing the bubbles make you feel?
This is something that you will talk about with your parents now after this.
So your parents will talk to you about how it made them feel.
And you're going to share with them how it made you feel.
Happy bubbles.
Namaste.
