Good morning.
I'm Mila and I'm really glad you're here.
Before the day begins,
Asking things from you.
Before the messages,
The decisions,
The noise.
This is a small moment that belongs only to you.
No pressure to do this perfectly.
No need to clear your mind.
Just breathe with me for a while.
Take a moment to settle in.
Maybe you're still in bed?
Maybe you're sitting near a window with sleepy eyes and a warm drink nearby.
Wherever you are is okay.
And when you're ready.
.
.
Gently let your attention move toward your breathing.
Don't change anything yet,
Just notice.
Notice the inhale arriving on its own.
Notice the exhale leaving without effort.
Your body already knows how to do this.
You don't have to force anything.
Take one slightly deeper breath in through the nose.
And let it go slowly through the mouth.
Again,
A soft breath in.
And an easy breath out.
One more time.
Breathing in gently.
And sighing it out.
Now let the mouth close softly.
And begin breathing through the nose.
Nothing dramatic.
Nothing intense.
Just a calm,
Steady rhythm.
Inhale slowly.
Exhale slowly.
As you breathe in,
Imagine you are welcoming fresh energy into your body.
Not hyper energy not pressure Just a quiet sense of awakening.
And as you breathe out,
Imagine releasing the heaviness that sometimes lingers in the mornings.
The leftover thoughts.
The tension.
The Emotional Fox.
You don't need to carry all that into your day.
Take a slow inhale for a count of four.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
And exhale for four.
4,
3,
2,
1 again.
Inhale gently.
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Exhale softly.
Three,
Two,
One.
Continue like this at your own pace.
No need to keep perfect count.
Just let the rhythm support you.
As you breathe,
Notice how your body is beginning to wake up from the inside.
Maybe your chest feels a little more open.
Maybe your shoulders soften.
Maybe your mind becomes a little quieter.
Even if nothing dramatic is happening.
Something is shifting.
Your nervous system is listening.
Now bring one hand to your chest.
And maybe one hand on your stomach.
If that feels comfortable.
Feel the movement beneath your hands.
The rise and the fall.
A reminder that you are alive.
Here.
Beginning again.
This morning doesn't need to be perfect to be meaningful.
You don't need to have everything figured out before the day starts.
You are allowed to begin gently.
So take another slow breath in.
And as you exhale Silently say to yourself.
I can meet this day one breath at a time.
And again.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
One breath at a time.
Beautiful.
Now let's deepen the breath just slightly.
Inhale through the nose for 4.
One,
Two,
Three.
Or and exhale for six.
1,
2,
3,
4,
5,
6.
Slow inhale.
And gentle longer exhale.
The longer exhale tells the body.
You are safe.
You can soften.
You don't need to rush.
So let's continue like this.
Breathing in.
And slowly out.
Imagine the breath moving through the body.
Like morning light entering a quiet room.
Softly reaching the places that feel tired.
The place is holding stress.
The places that forgot,
They deserve care too.
And without forcing positivity.
See if you can invite in one simple feeling for today Maybe steadiness.
Maybe clarity.
Maybe peace.
No need for big promises.
Just one honest feeling you'd like to carry with you.
Breathe it in gently.
And as you exhale allow it to settle somewhere inside you.
Now return to a completely natural breath.
No counting.
No technique.
Just breathing.
And notice how you feel compared to a few moments ago.
Maybe calmer.
Maybe clearer?
Maybe simply more present.
This is what matters.
So often we wake up and immediately abandon ourselves to the day.
But not today.
Today you came back to yourself first.
So take one final deeper breath in.
And let it go slowly.
Maybe move your fingers a little.
Your shoulders,
Your jaw.
And before we finish,
Remember this.
You don't need to rush into your life to deserve it.
You are allowed to move through this day with softness.
You are allowed to breathe while becoming.
Thank you for spending these moments with me.
And whenever you're ready.
.
.
Gently open your eyes.
Your morning can begin now.
