Milla is also the creator of Blisss Harmony - a space for clear, practical, and soothing guided meditations, combining calm pacing, intentional language, and high-quality audio to support relaxation without effort. Many of her practices are intentionally short, making them easy to integrate into everyday life — between responsibilities, before sleep, or during moments of stress.
