In this track there is a guided process followed by two minutes of silent practice. The structure promotes freedom and light-heartedness. A simple mantra is offered for use during the silence and a bell signifies the start and end of the silence. The guided process helps one release emotional connections to the past and future. This makes room for more presence and clarity.

Hello and welcome.

This brief time together is a gift we're giving to ourselves.

And when we do this with the intent to find some measure of stillness or even peace of mind,

The world around us benefits.

And so do we.

If you can,

Please close your eyes and settle into your body,

Maybe wiggle something,

Squeeze a muscle or two,

And let that go as you drop into a deeper shade of comfort.

Let any energy,

Emotions,

Or thoughts connected to all that has come before now and all that is to come project onto a large screen before you.

This screen has a thin and sticky covering that catches all the past and future projections of connections,

Of motions,

And energy that now fully leave you like a trail of smoke.

Surprisingly,

You find yourself able to peel this covering off the screen and wad it into a crinkly ball that you lovingly place into a crystal box that appears before you.

This box keeps what is needed and recycles what is not.

It has a magnetic lining that holds the ball in place and attracts any additional bits of past or future emotions,

Connections,

Or energy that you may have missed.

You can return to this box anytime and find what you need.

For now,

Close the lid,

Turn the key in the lock,

And exhale.

This process has freed you to become more present than usual.

Your breath flows easily,

Gravity hugs you,

The distant stars move in a little closer to sprinkle cosmic drops of pure light that surround you in your cozy position.

This pure light clears your mind of all fog and excess static.

You are more grounded and pleasantly lifted as well.

In a moment,

I'll ring the bell and watch the time for two minutes.

Then I'll ring the bell again.

In between the ringing,

Enjoy this simple,

Precious moment in time and space.

Let this be easy,

Breathe in and out.

If you'd like,

You can play with the repetitive phrase.

I am breathing,

I'm breathing,

I'm breathing,

I'm breathing,

I'm breathing,

I'm breathing.

Well done.

Take another intentional breath full of relief and pleasure.

As your eyes flutter open and adjust to the room around you,

Trust that you'll ease back into the day with some of this lovely,

Pure light guiding you.
