Beth Jaffe’s meditation journey began in 1988. In December 2016, she downloaded Insight Timer to expand her knowledge about various forms of meditation, to connect with a like-minded global community, and to become more consistent in her practice. When celebrating her 7th year anniversary of daily mediation, she began offering her voice for those who wish to simply relax, sleep well, embrace joy, strengthen hope, or nourish the beautiful dreams of an evolving world perfecting itself.
