Take some time to return to your natural rhythm and appreciate how nicely your lungs keep you alive.
Now,
Let everything that has come before this moment fade into the background until it disappears.
Let everything that lies after this time together blur and dissolve into the sands of time.
This brief process frees us from thought ways that may no longer serve.
Visualize waves of a lovely calm ocean clearing that sandy beach of time where our past blurred and our future dissolved.

You now have more attention to notice that there's a thin golden outline of an iridescent bubble surrounding and protecting you.
It appears so delicate yet it is stronger than the ocean current.
Today we're going to acknowledge the celestial compass within.
Let's pretend there's an imaginary old table in front of you.
It is covered with a map laid out flat and marked with a basic grid that divides this map into the four main directions.
East,
South,
West,
And North.
This is a map of your mind and there are gifts in each of these regions.
At any given time,
On any given day,
We find ourselves needing something to make the situation better.
We can take a brief break to breathe and retrieve one of these gifts to aid us on our life's journey.
In the East,
We have the freedom to be.
In the South,
We can find the divine fun factor.
In the West,
We discover the flow of love.
And in the North,
We connect to a stillness that can be described as full-on fabulousness.
We practice thoughtful breathing without distraction in order to access these gifts.
In a moment,
I'll ring the bell and watch the time for four minutes.
Then I'll ring the bell again.
In between the ringing,
Let the silence comfort you as your breath soothes your soul the way waves of an ocean touch the shore and drift off.
Touch the shore and drift off.
