Hello and welcome.
My name is Bailey and I'm a nurse practitioner turned Reiki master teacher,
Sound healer,
And yoga teacher.
And I help people who are struggling with stress,
Anxiety,
Or overwhelm bring more balance and restore peace in their body,
Mind,
And spirit.
In our practice today,
I will be guiding you through a full body energetic awareness practice.
Where we will be going through each of your seven main chakras.
Filling them with Reiki,
Restoring them to balance and flow,
And just promoting overall peace and harmony in your full body,
As well as your energetic body.
So I invite you to go ahead and find a comfortable place to relax,
And receive this session.
Ideally,
Your bed.
Or a sofa where you can really lay down.
And relax.
And your nervous system can really shift.
Into that restorative state.
So just take a few moments to get your space ready.
And once you are all settled in,
I invite you to gently close down your eyes.
Bringing your awareness inward.
Focusing on your heart space.
And take a nice deep inhale as if you were breathing in through your heart space.
Feeling your heart space expand.
On the inhale and then a long,
Slow,
Gentle exhale.
Feeling the heart space soften.
Releasing any tension there.
And again,
Breathing in through your heart space.
Feeling it expand.
And gently exhaling,
Letting go and releasing.
And while your awareness is at your heart space,
I invite you to set your intention for our session today placing it gently into your heart space.
Letting it ripple out through your energy body.
Your energy field.
This intention acts as a gentle guide for the Reiki energy helping it to assist you in whichever way you are requesting through your intention.
And then after you have Set your intention.
Bring your awareness to the top of your head,
To the crown of your head.
And I'm going to begin sending you distance Reiki now.
And I invite you to visualize with me.
That there is a golden ball of white light.
Hovering gently.
Above.
The top of your head.
And this is the light of Reiki.
Coming to you now.
Bringing you whatever is in your highest good and healing in this moment.
And this light starts to flow down.
Into the crown of your head.
Down into.
.
.
Your crown chakra.
Which sits at the top of your head.
And the light of Reiki begins to swirl in and around.
Your crown chakra.
This chakra is associated with our connection to the cosmos and the spiritual realm.
And the energy,
The Reiki energy helps to open and balance this chakra.
Helping to bring a deeper connection.
With the universal truths and energies to you.
Helping to restore balance and harmony in this space.
And the light flows down.
Into your third eye chakra.
Which sits just behind your forehead.
Also known as the pineal gland or pineal gland.
And this is associated with our intuition.
Our extrasensory perceptions.
And the light of Reiki flows in and around this space.
Bringing balance and harmony.
Helping to connect you deeper with your intuition.
That wise voice within.
That sometimes is hard to hear.
But when we sit in quiet,
Practice like we are now.
That voice can become louder.
As we tune in.
And it helps us.
Move into a state of being that is in our highest good.
And the light of Reiki gently moves down.
Into your throat chakra.
This chakra is associated with.
Our sense of communication and speaking our truth.
Feeling heard and understood.
And the light begins to flow.
In and out of this chakra.
Helping it.
To move smoothly,
To be balanced.
Helping you to speak your truth.
To be your authentic self.
To share your light with the world.
And the light of Reiki starts to move down.
Into your heart space.
Our space in our bodies where our love and compassion boasts.
For ourself and for others is held.
And the light swirls in and around this space.
Helping to soften and soothe.
Any old hurt.
Helping to mend and tend your heart.
Bringing peace.
And the light begins to move down into your solar plexus.
Just.
At your belly button.
And this is your sense of personal power.
Of inner strength and courage.
It's associated with how you show up for yourself.
And how you show up in the world.
And the light of Reiki is helping to clear away.
Any fears.
And the obstacles.
That may be preventing you.
From standing in your power.
From sharing your light.
To all those who need it.
And the light slowly moves down.
Into your sacral chakra.
That sits in your pelvic area.
This is the place where your creative energy resides.
Both physically and emotionally.
Also a seat of our emotions as well.
So the light of Reiki is helping to restore balance.
And harmony in this space.
Helping you to connect more with your creative power within.
We are all creative beings.
And we are all called to our own creative paths.
Each one slightly different or very different from another.
About our creativity.
Is the outlet in which we are able to truly shine our light.
You each springing.
Our own unique manifestation.
Of our creative light.
And the light begins to move down.
Into your root chakra.
That sits at the base of your spine.
This is our sense of connection.
Our sense of place and home.
Helping us to feel grounded and safe and secure.
Rooting us down to our Great Mother Earth.
In the light of Reiki.
Flows in and around the chakra.
Helping to balance it.
Helping you to feel grounded and held.
And as the light is flowing down through all of your chakras now,
From your crown chakra to your third eye.
Your throat chakra.
Your heart chakra.
Your solar plexus.
Your sacral chakra.
Down your root chakra.
It starts to flow down and come back up creating a perfect flow all the way down from your crown to your roots.
And back up again.
Creating a cocoon of light.
Holding you in peace.
And restoring your whole energy body.
Back to balance.
Helping you to feel restored and refreshed.
Filling your whole body.
Every cell.
With this beautiful Reiki light.
And as you bask in these energies,
I invite you to repeat this affirmation.
Either out loud.
Or just in your mind.
Letting it plant the seed into your subconscious.
All is well.
All is well in my mind.
All is well in my heart.
All is well in my body.
All is well in my spirit.
All is well.
And now in your own time start to bring your awareness back.
Into your physical body.
Taking a nice deep grounding inhale.
And a long,
Slow exhale.
Repeating this again.
Letting your breath guide you back into your physical body.
Your physical surroundings.
Taking some small movements of your fingers and toes.
Maybe rolling out your wrists and ankles.
And if it feels nice,
You can have a yawn or stretch.
Bringing that movement.
Back into the body.
You've just created a beautiful state for your energy body.
Your body,
Mind,
And spirit.
So I invite you to bask in these energies as long as you would like.
And as you go back into your day and your life Be gentle with yourself.
Taking it slow.
And mindfully.
Carrying this state with you as you move about your day and your life.
