Relaxing Reiki Meditation With 432 Hz Sound For Inner Peace

In this session I'm going to guide you through a Reiki experience which is similar to a guided meditation but different in that the Reiki energy will come to you directly wherever you are. All you have to do is set the intention to receive and then I'll also be sending you distance Reiki as well. So I invite you to find a comfortable place to relax and receive this session and just take a few moments to really settle in and get yourself as comfortable as possible so your body can really fully relax and your nervous system can really fully reset and receive this session. And once you are settled in I invite you to begin to focus on your breath. Taking nice deep inhales and exhales. And with each inhale feeling that sense of peace begin to wash over your body. And with each exhale gently blowing away any tension or tightness. Feeling your body relax down deeper and deeper with each breath. Feeling supported and held by the surface beneath you. And if you have a particular intention for this session I invite you to set that now. And if you don't have a particular intention that that is no problem. The Reiki energy is innately intelligent so it always knows where it is in your highest good to go. So I invite you to imagine with me that you are walking through a beautiful woodland forest. All around you are massive trees with soft moss growing on their bark. Flowers growing on the forest floor and birds gently chirping in the branches above your head. And as you walk along you feel the energy of the earth begin to flow up through the bottoms begin to flow up through the bottoms of your feet. With each step you take you feel more grounded and connected with the earth. And as you walk through the forest you notice that up ahead there is a little clearing. And as you approach closer you hear the sound of running water and you realize that there is a beautiful little waterfall nestled in this clearing. You see that there is a perfect space next to the pond at the waterfall's base for you to sit down and relax and enjoy this beautiful scene. As you sit down you gaze around and notice the beautiful rocks covered with soft moss at the pool's edge and the water flowing gently down the waterfall landing softly into the pool. And as you look around this scene you look up to the canopy above and you notice that there is a stream of sunlight beaming down shining on to the surface of the pool. You gaze at this beautiful light shimmering on the pool's surface and you realize that this is no ordinary light but the light of Reiki. And as you begin to connect with this energy I invite you to bask in its warmth and glow as I begin sending you distance Reiki now. And when you're ready in your own time I invite you to start to focus on your breath again taking deep inhales and exhales grounding yourself back into the present moment. Maybe you feel called to take tiny movements of your fingers and toes and just let go of everything else that's holding you back. And as you do that let go of everything else that's holding you back your fingers and toes gently waking your physical body back up. Whatever you feel called to do is right for you.
