My name is Bailey and I am a nurse practitioner turned Reiki master teacher and sound healer and I create distance Reiki healing sessions along with my sound healing frequency music to help people who are struggling with stress,
Anxiety,
Or overwhelm or who are perhaps on a physical healing journey.
Tonight's practice is your invitation to fully let go.
There's nothing to force.
Simply receive the energy,
The guidance,
And the sound.
So I invite you to take a few moments to get your bedroom and your bed nice and comfortable and set up to receive this session.
Just taking a few moments to get yourself that few percentage points more comfortable.
So there's nothing to disturb you,
Nothing you need to think about.
This is your time for rest.
Let the body fully settle,
Allow yourself to feel supported by the earth,
By the sound,
And by the energy moving through this space as I begin to send you distance Reiki now.
There's nowhere else you need to be,
Nothing you need to do.
This time is yours.
Let's begin by planting a seed of intention,
Your Sankalpa as we call it in Vinitra.
This is a simple heartfelt affirmation spoken in the present tense as if it is already true,
Calling it in to you.
You might choose something like,
I sleep deeply and peacefully.
My body is healing while I rest.
I am safe and supported.
Whatever you choose in this moment is perfect for you.
Gently repeat your Sankalpa inwardly now three times,
Letting the words wash over your body,
Your mind and your spirit.
Now bring your awareness to your body.
Feel the pull of gravity gently grounding you.
Let your muscles soften.
Let your jaw release.
Let your shoulders drop.
Begin to notice your breath.
There's no need to change it.
Just gently witness the rise and fall,
The quiet rhythm of your body resting.
Now begin to sense the warm,
Quiet flow of Reiki energy surrounding you,
Like a soft golden light,
Intelligent and gentle,
Flowing exactly where it is needed.
This energy is here to support your healing and your sleep,
To soothe your nervous system,
Inviting peace into every cell of your body.
Now we'll begin a gentle rotation of awareness throughout the body.
As I name each part,
Simply notice it.
You may feel sensation or nothing at all,
And all of it is perfect.
Let's begin at the right side,
Right hand thumb,
Index finger,
Middle finger,
Wrist,
Forearm,
Upper arm,
Shoulder,
Right side of the chest,
Left hand,
Waist,
Shin,
Heel,
Top of the foot,
Right hand,
Big toe,
Second toe,
Third toe,
Fourth toe,
Fifth toe.
Now move to the left side,
Left hand thumb,
Wrist,
Shoulder,
Left collarbone,
Forearm,
Left side of the chest,
Waist,
Sole of the foot,
Top of the foot.
Now bring your awareness to the back body,
Right shoulder blade,
Left shoulder blade.
And now sensing the front of the body,
Jaw,
Collarbones,
Chest,
Heart center,
Rib cage,
Pelvis,
Hips,
Front of the thighs,
Hips,
Tops of the feet.
Now sense the entire body.
You may notice a gentle current of healing energy.
Feel it moving where it's needed the most,
Soothing,
Calming,
Restoring.
Now turn your awareness to the breath.
Feel the inhale expanding and the exhale softening.
As you rest here,
Your body is recalibrating,
Your nervous system is shifting into deep,
Parasympathetic rest.
Your brainwaves are slowing into the delta state where true healing happens.
There's nothing left to do.
Only rest.
Only receive.
Let the music,
The music,
Let the energy hold you.
Let your body.
You are safe.
You are supported.
