These next few minutes are a gift,
A time to pause,
Breathe and reconnect with the calm that already lives within you.
As you begin this journey let's start simply just by noticing the power of the pause.
That's the quiet space between one breath and the next,
Between one thought and another and this is the space where peace begins.
So let's take a few deep breaths now.
Inhale slowly through your nose and exhale gently through your mouth with a soft sigh.
Feel your shoulders drop,
Your jaws soften,
Your chest is open slightly as you breathe out.
Just continue for two more rounds.
Now let your breath find its own natural rhythm.
Gentle,
Effortless,
Just like waves arriving and leaving the shore.
With every exhale you are releasing a little tension,
A little stress and with each inhale you are welcoming calm and clarity.

See yourself standing beside a still lake at dawn.
The surface of the water is perfectly calm and it's reflecting the soft colors of the sky.
You breathe in the cool fresh air.
You feel your feet grounded on the earth beneath you.
In this stillness notice how everything is alive yet peaceful.
Nothing is rushing,
Nothing is forcing.
This lake really mirrors your own inner world.
When you pause,
When you allow the ripples to settle,
Your mind becomes clear,
Your heart becomes steady.
Peace isn't something we chase,
It's what remains when we stop chasing.
It lives in the pause between the breath,
Between one moment and the next.
So as you stand here just feel that peace expand through you.
From the crown of your head all the way down through your body all the way to your feet.
Calm,
Balanced,
Whole.
Take a deep peaceful breath here.
Breathe in peace.
Exhale peace.
