Humanity's Heart

This guided meditation, accompanied by the ambient sounds of the ocean, appeared during an early morning walk. It arose in the dawn stillness, and the overwhelming awareness was the Heart of Humanity. This theme has been at the forefront for many years, especially during global humanitarian initiatives. The Heart of Humanity recognizes the one Heart, the one Presence, the one Love, and the one Awareness which lies at the Heart of all. This meditation embraces all regardless of faith, recognizing the shared aspirations humanity holds for peace.

The freedom of being number one. This meditation is an open field of boundless freedom. A space into which all are welcome, Regardless of faith, Of nationality, Of belief, All come together as one heart. Leave behind any sense of one's achievements, One's concerns, One's identity, And we step into a space of openness and freedom that asks nothing from us. All pretenses, All defenses are left behind as we step freely and openly into the warmth and the acceptance of one united humanity. And those coming into the space to enter with a warm smile, There are no distinctions here. There is no need to recognize this is a space of shared humanity, All are one. We stand in the grace of light, Unconditional love, Acceptance, No prejudices, No differences. One heart, And this space is eternal. There is no arriving or departing. We simply recognize that we have returned to one's unborn presence of being. Regardless of all that has happened in our life, All is here now. There are no demands here. There are no traumas here. We are the space before all conditioning, All that has touched us in our earthly existence. We arrive, We reunite, We stand shoulder to shoulder as a universal presence of joy, Of sincerity, Of humility, Of love. All that we created, All that we needed to do to survive, All has been left behind. All the pains, All the sacrifices, All is here now. We are free in this space to simply be. There are no techniques, There are no methods, There aren't any dogmas. It's humanity's heart expressed through each of us, Each a unique reflection of the One. We do not arrive, We do not leave. We are simply here. The body is relaxed. The mind is still. We are held by the universal heart of compassion and sincerity and respect. There is no need to do anything. No need to be anything. We are complete and whole. There are no boundaries, No restrictions, No right or wrong, No high or low. We come, We recognize the truth of being. A timeless presence. That is the background, The unmoving background behind all and in this shared recognition of oneness, Of the heart of humanity united for the upliftment of all.
