All is welcomed as is. Part of this series explores a softer, more accessible approach to meditation — one that allows thoughts, feelings, restlessness, or calm to be exactly as they are. You’ll be guided to notice the body and breath without trying to control them, and to rest in awareness without effort or agenda.
