Charlene is a dedicated educator in mindfulness and conscious living, guiding others toward peace and clarity through intentional pause and presence. Navigating the demands of a corporate career, raising two children, and supporting a first responder spouse taught her that true resilience is cultivated from within. What began as a personal sanctuary from life’s whirlwind soon evolved into a profound calling. Charlene immersed herself in the study of conscious well-being, becoming a certified Yoga Nidra instructor and a certified teacher and coach specializing in Ayurvedic Health, Meditation, and Life Coaching. She continues to deepen her practice through ongoing studies in Somatic Yoga, expanding the tools she offers in her teachings. Her passion is helping others pause, breathe, and reconnect—creating space for stillness in the everyday.
