Welcome to a moment of stillness with Fifth Energy.

Begin by softly closing your eyes.

Paying attention to your breath.

Notice its pattern.

Are you breathing fast?

Are you breathing short?

Can you catch a breath?

Now take a deep breath in through your nose.

Hold it for a moment and release through your mouth.

Take another deep breath in through your nose.

Hold it and release through your mouth.

One more deep breath in through your nose.

Hold it and release through your mouth.

As you feel the release of the air from your mouth,

Feel your shoulders relax and drop away from your ears.

Now allow your breathing to flow naturally in and out.

Pay attention to the air as it fills your belly and releases.

Bring your attention to your heart center and allow your thoughts to rest here.

You may start to feel a little bit of a tingling.

Feel a little heavy in the chest.

And take a deep breath in and release it through your mouth.

With every deep breath in you take,

On the release,

Feel your heart opening up and loosening its grip.

Holding on to whatever stress is holding on to you.

With every breath,

Let the stress go.

With every inhale,

Take in new air,

New thoughts,

New beliefs.

And with every exhale,

Let go of any attachment,

Any thoughts,

And any beliefs that you have that are holding you down,

Anchoring you to the past,

Or grasping to the future.

Now,

In this space of presence and detachment,

Feel the ease of the air flowing through your body.

Feel your chest become relaxed.

Feel your shoulders become relaxed.

Feel your mind become relaxed.

Sit in this space of serenity,

This space of nearness,

And just be in this moment right here,

Right now.

Allow your mind's eye to clear.

Allow it to open up.

Allow it to let your natural,

True self come through.

Allow new ideas,

New concepts,

New creations,

To manifest and visualize itself in your mind's eye.

See what is inside of you that has been waiting for you to open the space and allow it to come through.

See what is truly your authentic self,

Your purpose,

Your ideal being presenting itself in this open space,

This open heart,

This place where everything is serene and you are your true self.

Take this feeling of openness,

Of creativity,

Of new creation with you into your day and allow the beauty,

The love,

And the light of your natural existence to carry you through your entire day.

Be open without attachment to everything that comes your way with peace,

Light,

And love from the heart.
