Sitting comfortably,
Gently close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth as you feel your body relax.
Take another deep breath in through your nose,
Exhaling slowly through your mouth as you take a deep breath in through your nose again and slowly releasing your breath through your mouth.
Bring your attention to your heart center and allow your breathing to flow naturally and normally.
As we go through this quick meditation,
Feel the energy flow through your body with every word that you repeat after me.
