Hello beautiful being.
Thank you for being here.
This meditation is called Sitting in Enoughness.
And I invite you to be as comfortable as can be in your chosen position.
And we're beginning with three deep cleansing breaths in through your nose and you're going to exhale out through your mouth.
Let's take a deep breath in in through your nose and exhale and let it all out through your mouth.
Another deep breath in in through your nose and exhale and let it all out through your mouth.
One more deep breath in in through your nose and exhale and let it all out through your mouth.
And I invite you to get into the most comfortable breathing pattern.
A breathing pattern that allows you to become more at ease,
To truly sink into your chosen position,
To release and to relax.
We're taking our time to connect with our goodness,
With our inner landscape,
With our light.
Just breathing in and breathing out and I also invite you to set your intention for the time that we have together.
You know best what it is that you need right now in this moment.
Wrap yourself in what it is that you need.
Maybe the peace,
The ease,
The relief,
Maybe the joy,
The clarity.
Just imagine that you're able to wrap yourself in what it is that you need right now in this moment and it's giving you the release and the relaxation that you're needing for your physical body.
And I want you to visualize,
Focus on your belly and visualize that in your belly there's this beautiful bright light that is shining,
That is flickering,
Sparkling,
Whatever you want it to be and however strong.
But it only gets stronger as you are setting the intention,
As you are bonding with it,
As you are connecting with your light.
And that light is floating through your physical body,
Floating up your spine,
Covering your entire back,
Headed up to your shoulders,
Into your neck,
Giving you the relief and the relaxation that you need,
That you want,
That you are worthy of.
Allowing for your physical body to feel more relaxed,
More at ease.
Allowing for any of that stored anxiety or stress in your physical body to dissipate,
To leave with every out-breath as you're breathing in and breathing out.
Living,
You're inhaling peace and you're exhaling the stress,
The anxiety.
Just allow yourself to feel that relaxation and that ease.
Allow yourself to be unwrapping ourselves in that goodness,
In that enoughness.
And I want you to visualize yourself.
You're seated on top of that hill,
Surrounded with the most magical landscape.
A landscape maybe that you always have been wanting to go to.
Somewhere that you've already visited and it's your favorite place.
Somewhere where you feel closest to yourself and see yourself,
Seated on top of that hill,
Surrounded by pure beauty.
And you're connecting with the air,
With the clouds.
You're connecting with the sun that is shining through.
And there is visibility.
You see that there is this cloud coming to you,
Literally wrapping yourself around it,
In it.
This cloud that is literally giving you the feeling,
The knowing,
The deep knowing that you are enough.
And you feel it in every inch of your body,
Every cell of your body.
You know that you are enough.
That cloud is wrapped in you.
That cloud is you.
And you can feel and lift yourself up and feel that goodness,
Your enoughness.
It is so beautiful.
You're allowing yourself to feel enough,
Surrendering to that enoughness,
Knowing that you are enough.
Always have been and always will be.
And I just want you to enjoy that feeling of abundant enoughness.
Connecting with your beautiful light,
Exuding that enoughness,
That worthiness.
And you're in this most beautiful,
Magical place.
Your place.
Your happy place.
Your place that is uplifting and encouraging and joyful.
Your place where you are yourself.
Your most authentic self.
You are that beautiful light being.
Connected with God,
Universe,
Your divinity,
Higher self.
You feel supported.
You know with every inch of your body that you are enough.
That you are worthy.
And you're just bathing in that feeling.
Taking it all in.
Receiving and receiving.
And before you're leaving this magical,
Mystical place,
You're looking around.
You're having your arms stretched towards the sky.
Taking it all in.
Receiving,
Feeling,
Embodying your enoughness.
Knowing,
Walking away with that enoughness.
Knowing that this is how you can navigate life.
Walk in your worthiness.
Move from your worthiness.
Knowing that you are enough.
Always have been and always will be.
Walking away with ease and peace.
Knowing that this place is yours and always available to you,
Whenever you need it most.
And whenever you're ready,
Let's take another deep breath in before we're headed back into our physical bodies.
Take a deep breath in.
In through your nose.
Filling yourself up with that enoughness,
Worthiness and exhale and let it all out.
And now I invite you to gently,
Gently come back into your physical body.
Into your space.
Take your time,
Stretching and moving your body the way it feels good to you.
And open your eyes when you're ready.
And don't forget to smile.
