Thank you for joining in today's meditation.

The theme for this meditation is perspective.

I invite you to find a comfortable position either seated or lying down.

Close your eyes as we shift our focus towards the movement of the breath.

Follow the breath as it moves in and out of the nose.

Allowing your shoulders to pull away from the ears as we lengthen through the crown of the head.

Our arms extend by our sides or resting upon the body.

Allow yourself to relax into the space.

Let the physical world around you continue to exist without your input.

Granting ourselves permission to ease into the stillness within ourselves.

Feel as the body is pulled by gravity.

Releasing any tension in the muscles,

In the joints.

Letting go of the fatigue and pressures of the body.

Thinking deeper into ourselves,

Feeling more at rest,

More at ease.

From doing so,

We release our obligations,

Expectations,

Letting go of our to-do list.

Let's space between you and the physical world around you.

Can we sink further into that peace,

Into that stillness?

As we do,

Let us release our emotions,

Removing those feelings of doubt,

Of judgment,

Those insecurities and limitations.

As we connect to the essence within ourselves,

Connecting to our true self,

Let the breath keep your focus.

Observe as the mind begins to slow.

Use the breath to create space between each thought.

Can we witness our thoughts as they stream into our consciousness?

And with the exhale,

We release them back into the nothingness from which they came.

Inhale,

Deep breath,

And as we exhale,

We surrender into the stillness.

We are reminded we are more than the form of the body,

The limits of the wandering mind,

The drama of our emotions.

We are spirit and form.

Let us connect to our spirit,

Releasing anything that separates you from this connection here in the now.

Be present of your connection.

The consciousness is full of creativity.

What we focus our mind upon is reflected in the outer physical world.

Our consciousness seeks evidence to prove the mind is correct.

If we focus on suffering,

Resentment,

Lack,

Anger,

Separation,

Loneliness,

Then our outer world will reflect and reaffirm our state of being.

With the next inhale,

Bring to mind moments when you held such thoughts in your consciousness.

Witness how the thoughts led you to actions that reaffirmed your misbelief.

Whatever comes to mind is fine.

Let yourself be receptive but remain unattached.

Deep inhale,

And as you exhale,

Release the stream of consciousness.

Let them return back to the nothingness from which they came.

Return to the breath.

In the center of your chest is a bright radiating light.

With every breath,

This light grows and expands.

Feel the being full of light.

When the mind is focused upon expansion,

Love,

Abundance,

Connection,

And the generosity of others,

The outer world reflects such a state of belief.

The mind searches for evidence to prove it is correct.

With the next inhale,

Bring to mind moments when you held such thoughts in your consciousness.

Witness how the thoughts led to actions that reaffirmed your belief.

Whatever comes to mind is fine.

Feel the power of such presence.

Feel the expansion,

The creativity,

The possibilities that abound.

Let yourself be receptive to this experience.

Deep inhale,

And as you exhale,

Sink deeper into peace.

Find yourself in a safe space.

Where are you?

What surrounds you?

In front of you is an altar adorned with flowers and candles.

At the altar,

Bring to mind a moment of challenge.

See the challenge in front of you.

Release the challenge onto the altar as we offer it to a higher power.

Allow the inner light to shift your perception.

Inhale and exhale it out.

Receive once more what you placed upon the altar,

What has shifted,

What has transformed.

Let yourself be in this presence.

Slowly we start to take deeper breaths into the body,

Moving our toes and fingers,

Breathing life back into the being.

Let your hands be in prayer or rest by your side.

The limitless possibilities of the divine are contained within you.

Can you allow yourself to connect to them?

Let us recondition the mind to see the light and the possibilities that exist all around.

Shift your perception and create the world of your dreams.

Namaste.
