Hello everyone.
Thank you for joining me at this moment in time for a short meditation as a simple reminder that sometimes all we need is a little time at this moment to center.
So as you find your way into a comfortable seat,
Take a nice breath in and exhale it out.
As you seal the lips,
Begin to breathe through the nostrils and let the mind connect to the rhythm of the breath.
Not only does the mind connect to the breath,
But the entire body starts to slow down.
The muscles relax and the mind focuses inwards.
Allowing the whole body to come to a place where it is calm and at ease.
So you free yourself from the tension of the day and by doing so,
Allow the breath to flow through all the muscles,
All the joints and nourish the body,
Energizing and healing the body and spirit.
All this happens when you come to your seat.
Not only do you allow your mind to be calm,
Clear and centered,
But you allow your body to relax,
Release and heal.
And sometimes that is all you need to do.
You don't need to contemplate or solve the mysteries of life.
You just need to be present in a relaxed state.
Allow and like to do what it does best.
Imagine in this moment as you flow with this life.
That same instructions clear everything Tea time has ever left you.
The mind may want to start to drift and move into different thoughts.
Bring it back,
Back to this moment.
Be present here.
Taking in the sounds,
The smells,
Allows the mind to pay attention to what is happening at this moment to this body.
There is no need to look outwards.
Being present at this moment is connecting you to what already exists.
It is that awareness of what is happening around you at this moment which distanced you from the busyness of the world.
So you create that silence and space you need.
There is no need for attention to anything outside of you at this moment.
You stay entirely inwards,
Noticing the emotions,
The feelings that arise and allow yourself to observe,
Acknowledge,
And be present to this moment.
St Sea Aquarium Thank you for joining me at this moment.
Have a wonderful day and Namaste.
