Place love and compassion in all of your thoughts,

Especially thoughts about yourself.

Are you willing to ask for what you want in life?

What can you do to create space for things that uplift you?

Search for the joy in life.

Joy is a sign that you are on the right track.

Nourish yourself,

Then make decisions and plans from a cup that is overflowing.

Don't give up,

Give yourself a helping hand,

Sew together your own broken heart.

Love is not something you are waiting for,

Love is what you are.

Expect big things,

Know that all of your efforts will have wonderful results.

Your greatest strengths can be found inside your vulnerability.

Create a peaceful day,

Create a peaceful life.

Can you find peace in this moment?

Bless others,

Bless yourself.

Receive the blessing in all situations.

There is something in this world that you can do that no one else can do.

Don't be silent,

Stand for something.

You have worthwhile things to say.

Say them,

Unleash the unexpressed self.

Creativity breeds meaning.

Try to serve instead of judge,

The truth is many sided.

In every problem is a challenge,

An opportunity,
