And then we're going to draw our attention to the breath entering and leaving the nose.

I'm going to ring a bell,
And the audio will go silent for one minute.
In that minute,
I just want you to observe the breath entering and leaving the nose.
If your mind wants us,
Gently bring it back to the breath.
