Keep your eyes closed.

You move down towards its source.
You see how the stillness within you sits,
Resides within your heart.
You see it there,
As a white shining light within your heart.
A beautiful white light,
That emanates peace.
That radiates peace.
That sits within you,
As love.
And as you look closer,
You see it expanding throughout the heart.
You see it not just as love,
But as unconditional,
Unending love.
It has infinite love for you.
It teaches your heart to melt.
To let go of tensions,
Sorrows,
Anxieties.
And it continues to spread throughout your body,
Melting every cell,
Every molecule within you.
Just loving unconditionally.
Your entire being filled with love.
Every cell,
Every molecule within you melts.
Softens.
And you look more and more into the nature of this love.
This white light.
You see how it's within all things,
All beings.
You see how we're all part of the divine light that created the entire universe.
As you continue to look into the origins of this white light.
You see that this white light is the force of love.
That created everything.
And that the heart of everything is nothing but love.
It's the reason that the flowers are beautiful.
That nature is beautiful.
The valleys,
The mountains are filled with beauty.
The divine source of love that created the universe is within all of these.
It's the divine energy of the universe that's within all phenomena.
All living beings.
All humans.
All life.
Inside every flower.
And you search more and more into the source.
You see it not just as unlimited love.
But you see it as unlimited compassion.
Unlimited joy.
Unlimited happiness.

Your breathing,
The pumping of blood around your body,
The absorbing of nutrients from your food.
This doesn't happen due to the mind.
There's a greater intelligence that you connect to.
The source of all love and life that created the universe is within you.
It's beyond the mind.
It's in the heart.
It's the divine intelligence that oversees all of the beauty in the world and in the universe,
In the stars,
The flowers,
In the atoms,
In everything of beauty.
There's a divine intelligence at play.
This is a source of all love,
Light,
Joy,

The source of the unconditional love that is the universe.
It pervades the entire universe.
