Keep your eyes closed.
Start to observe your breath.
Feel the breath.
As it enters into your ribcage.
And then as you breathe out.
Just feel the breath merging back with the universe.
Feel the ribcage expand as you breathe in.
Contract as you breathe out.
And now in your mind's eye.
Just imagine yourself.
In nature.
You see trees?
Flowers all around.
You feel the energy.
Of the trees that are right next to you.
You feel.
That these trees.
.
.
Make up the other half of your lungs.
The trees,
Nature.
Breathing out.
And energy.
That becomes part of you.
You're connected to nature in every way.
Just in your mind's eye now.
You observe the energy.
At the trees that nature is breathing out.
This energy,
This prana,
This chi,
This life force.
Enters into your lungs as oxygen.
This oxygen.
Is a gift.
From the nature.
The trees around you.
Fills up your lungs.
Enters into your bloodstream.
Reaches into your cells.
Becomes part of you.
It's transported by your blood,
Throughout your body.
You observe your mind now.
The mind believes that you're separate to nature.
To the world around.
But the deeper part of you observes closely.
Observes that you're part of nature.
Same molecules of oxygen.
That were just below the leaves of the trees filled with life.
Are inside your bloodstream,
Giving you life.
Deeper part of you that observes the mind.
Observes that it's just a trick of the mind to believe that you're separate from nature.
And as you see this.
.
.
You start to experience a oneness Feel yourself connected.
You feel how all life is connected.
All life is part of this oneness.
You feel the molecules of oxygen.
Moving through your bloodstream.
These gifts that have come to you from nature.
From the trees,
The flowers.
It's all part of you.
Bringing you stillness.
And you feel connected to yourself.
You feel oneness.
With the entire universe.
As you understand your connection to nature.
Keep this feeling.
Of your connection to nature.
Keep observing your breath.
Observing the oxygen entry.
Calm dioxide leaving as you breathe out.
And as you do so.
.
.
Start to reconnect but keeping the awareness of your connection to all of nature.
Continue to observe the breathing.
Slowly,
Slowly start to open the eyes.
Keeping this feeling of connection.
