Complete Acceptance

We start by observing the breath and coming to stillness. We then move our awareness beyond the mind and connect to the heart and then to the source of true love. We see how the source of love and life loves and accepts us completely and unconditionally for who we are.

Keep your eyes closed.

Start to observe the breath.

Feel the breath enter down into the lungs.

Feel the breath leave.

Merge back into the atmosphere.

Observe the movement of the breath.

And observe your mind coming into silence.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Mind engaged on the breathing.

Observe the thoughts.

See how the thoughts come.

Go.

Become detached from the thoughts.

The feelings.

Just be the observer.

Seeing that the thoughts are not you.

The feelings are not you.

They're just energies,

Vibrations that come and go.

See that you're something much deeper.

You're a point of peace that you connect to.

Every time that you observe the breath.

You continue to observe the breath.

And when thoughts arise,

Feelings arise,

You just watch them.

Observe them.

Without reacting to them.

Just see them for what they are.

Waves that come and go.

That change all the time.

There's no you in the thought.

No you in the feelings.

Just external energies.

They come.

They go.

They have no permanence.

You just watch them.

From a place of peace deep within.

Continue to observe the breath.

Really realizing the point of stillness that the breath takes you to.

You see that if you react to the thoughts or the feelings.

You'll never come to this stillness.

Stillness comes through observing the thoughts.

Observing the mind,

The feelings.

Not reacting to them.

But connecting to the peace within.

That you connect to by observing each breath.

And as you continue to observe the breath,

You continue to move towards this point of silence.

You realize you're not your mind.

Not this body that's always changing.

You realize you're not your feelings.

But you're a deeper point of stillness.

That observes all of these energies.

But deep within.

You contain a spark.

Of the source.

The source of love that created the universe.

It's inside you.

Inside each cell.

Each molecule.

And it shows you unconditional love.

It exists beyond the mind.

Beyond the body.

Beyond the feelings.

It connects you back to your original true nature.

The source of love.

The creator of the universe is deep within you.

It loves you unconditionally.

This manifests as the light that's within you.

Within your cells,

Your molecules.

It constantly shows you unconditional love.

Unconditional acceptance.

It shows you a love that's of the nature.

That will always forgive.

And as the source of true love forgives you,

You learn to forgive yourself for all of your mistakes.

Accepting that you're just human.

Thank you.

You feel complete unconditional love inside.

Complete forgiveness.

You feel compassion.

Compassion that comes from the source of true love that created the universe.

This compassion looks into your cells,

Into your body,

Feels all the pain that you've trapped within your entire life.

And the source sends you compassion,

Helps you to solve that pain.

The source understands all of your pains,

All of your sorrows,

And it sends through its light of unconditional love,

Unconditional compassion.

It turns your body into light,

As it frees those pains from within,

Liberates them.

You feel complete unconditional love being liberated inside you.

The source understands your pains,

Your sorrows,

And it fills you with love,

Fills you with light.

It's unconditional love,

Unconditional compassion continues to shine through,

Liberating all the cells,

The muscles within you that add tension trapped inside,

That add anger or pain trapped inside.

And the nature of its love is so unconditional,

It doesn't ask you not to get angry,

Not to feel pain,

Not to feel sorrow.

Instead,

It understands all of your anger,

All of your pains,

All of your sorrow.

And you realize that any time you feel these emotions,

You can express them to the source,

And it will simply understand as it showers down,

Rains unconditional love onto you.

Each cell,

Each molecule within you becomes filled with the light of the source.

Everything within you softens,

The pains within you become freed.

Unconditional complete love shines through into you.

You become freer,

Lighter.

You feel nothing but the light of unconditional love within.

Your heart starts to melt as this light becomes brighter and brighter.

Your sorrows start to become lifted as this unconditional love shines unconditional compassion into your heart,

Understanding all of your sorrows,

Listening to all of your sorrows.

The anger within you becomes cooled as it listens to all of your stories of anger,

As it understands them,

Accepts them.

Your heart becomes lighter,

Freer.

You're understood.

You're loved.

Everything within your heart is felt,

Accepted by the source of light that's within you.

The source of light that's the source of light and love of the entire universe.

It's deep within your heart.

It dwells here,

Lives here,

Exists here.

Forever shining,

It's unconditional,

Complete love into you,

Accepting you completely for who you are,

Loving you completely for who you are.

Your heart dissolves,

Becomes softer and softer.

The molecules within you become softer.

Your heart becomes lighter,

Freer.

No pain remains.

The heart becomes completely light,

Completely free.

That lightness,

That freedom grows within as you recognize the nature,

The quality,

The love of the source.

Everything within you starts to melt.

The love of the source flows through you freely,

Touches on any areas of hardness,

Any points of hardness,

Softens,

Melts.

Just pure unconditional love remains,

Unconditional acceptance of yourself for who you truly are in order to be loved by the source.

You don't need to be anything,

Do anything.

Whatever you are and however you are,

The source accepts you,

Loves you,

Always has done,

Always will do.

It's deep within you,

Liberates your heart and accepts you completely.

You don't need to change,

You don't need to do anything.

You're loved completely and unconditionally for who you are.

Any anger,

Any guilt,

Any pain that you feel,

The source understands,

Accepts and continues to love you unconditionally.

As you contain a spark of its divinity within you,

Your heart feels freer,

Lighter,

It feels more and more filled with the unconditional love that the source sends down.

You're accepted for who you are completely.

The love of the source lies deep within you,

Deep within your being.

The source loves you completely for who you are.

It always has done,

You didn't see it sometimes,

But the source never turned away from you,

It created you,

It was always inside you and now that you can see it,

Your bond with it will grow stronger each day and the source will always be with you,

Will always love you and accept you unconditionally for who you are.

It's deep within you,

Deep inside you.

It accepts,

It loves,

It melts the heart,

Melts your heart.

You realise that the love you've always searched for is deep inside yourself.

You don't need to look,

You don't need to search,

It's deep inside you,

Always sending through its light,

Always softening.

You feel your heart filled with light.

You feel light in each and every part of your soul,

Each and every part of your being.

You feel light in every part of your body,

The light of the source of love that created you,

That created the entire universe through love.

It teaches you forgiveness,

Gives you forgiveness,

Teaches you compassion and gives you compassion and it teaches you joy and it gives you joy.

All the love you've ever searched for is here within the source and it will always be with you.

There's no place left to look.

The source is deep within your heart.

You feel this love deep within.

You connect to the source.

You feel the softness within your heart and the qualities of the source grow more and more within you.

Feeling the love and the acceptance of the source within you,

Accepting its unlimited,

Unconditional love.

You make a promise to connect to the source every day,

To feel its love growing within you more and more,

Its acceptance,

Its forgiveness,

Its compassion,

Its joy.

Feeling these qualities within,

You rub both palms together.

You generate warmth in the palms.

You keep the love of the source within you.

You take the bottoms of the palms over the eyes.

Keeping this feeling of forgiveness,

Compassion,

Joy,

Unconditional love,
