This seated practice gently releases tension in the throat, chest, and heart space, helping your nervous system shift out of protection and into safety. If you experience a tight throat, shallow breathing, rounded shoulders, trapezius tension, or a racing heart, this session will support you in softening and reopening. Through ocean breath, gentle shoulder mobility, and calming bilateral stimulation, we invite the body out of vigilance and into regulation.
