Yoga Nidra For Crown Chakra

Welcome to this yoga nidra for your crown chakra. The crown chakra, located at the crown or top of your head is your connection to a higher power, or your connection with all that there is. Indications of a blocked crown chakra may include feeling a lack of faith in something greater than yourself, or not trusting or being able to surrender to a higher power. In this practice you'll be gently guided through breath awareness, a body scan, and a guided meditation to help you connect with the abundant Universal flow where there is no beginning and no end.
