Yotam Samuel Rozin

Yotam Samuel Rozin is a multidisciplinary artist, meditation teacher, dancer, and podcast host of The I in Interconnectedness. With a foundation in Mindfulness, Contact Improvisation, and Yoga Nidra practices, his work is deeply informed by somatic methods such as Body-Mind Centering, Feldenkrais, and trauma-informed psychotherapy. Drawing on years of experience as a teacher and guide, Yotam creates meditations that invite a sense of groundedness, ease, and connection—both with oneself and the world we share and its multitude of beings. As an artist and thinker, Yotam weaves insights from ecological philosophy, Buddhism, and New Materialist thought into their meditative practices, fostering an embodied understanding of our interconnectedness with the world. Their guided meditations are not only an invitation to presence and rest but also an exploration of the profound ways in which we relate to the living and non-living world around us. Through his podcast and creative work, Yotam encourages listeners to embrace curiosity, movement and presence. Whether navigating turbulence, seeking clarity, or rediscovering pleasure and warmth, Yotam's meditations offer a compassionate space to return to the body and the moment.
