When you are ready,
Begin to bring your awareness back into this space,
Back to noticing sounds both near and far from you.
And I invite you to stay in this place of stillness and surrender for as long as your body needs.
We went through a practice of clarity today and if you have any sensations or reflections that came up for you during that practice,
I encourage you to write them down and revisit them at a later time and process them.
See how they fit into your day-to-day life.
See if it sparks any sort of curiosity or affirmation.
Clarity is a very powerful construct for us to have in our life and it can show up in a multitude of ways.
So if you are ready to begin the awakening process,
Maybe start off with small micro movements,
Tracing thumbnail across fingertips,
Maybe it is the wiggling of fingertips,
Wiggling of toes.
If you check in with your body and you feel you just need some more of the bigger movements,
You can draw the knees into the chest,
Explore and move in and out of happy baby or light rocking from side to side.
There is no right or wrong when it comes to reawakening the body.
It is what is right and most beneficial for you each day or each practice and it can change from day to day.
So just honor that.
Honor whatever movement or stillness your body needs in this very moment.
And when you are ready for the sealing of practice,
Gently come up into a seated position with the eyes closed and we will take a deep expansive inhale sweeping fingertips tall to the sky.
Exhale,
Open mouth sigh.
Bringing palms down to heart center with a gentle bow of gratitude and reverence.
You gave yourself this gift today and that is amazing.
Thank yourself for showing up for you,
For doing the work on your mat and in this journey of life.
And we will be back next time for meditation 3 in the solely Shavasana series.
I honor and respect the light in each and every one of you today that showed up for yourself and all together we say Namaste.
