Arrive into a comfortable posture,

Whatever your body is calling for in this moment.

Today's meditation is a meditation of intent and we will be using mantras as we breathe throughout our meditation practice today.

Close your eyes if you are so inclined to do so or just have a soft gaze off the bridge of the nose.

Notice your breath where it resides today.

No desire or need to change it,

Allow it to exist.

All of these mantras will be silent.

You can repeat them inwardly to yourself.

I encourage you just to bring them in deeply.

Don't allow the mantras to remain on the surface.

Allow them to impact you in a way that you need for this practice.

When you are ready to begin on your first inhale,

Repeat silently,

My body is strong and supple.

Exhale out,

My mind is clear.

Exhale in,

My spirit is filled with power,

Love and wisdom.

Exhale out,

All in equal measure.

Inhale in through the nose,

My body is strong and supple.

Exhale out,

My mind is clear.

Inhale in,

My spirit is filled with power,

Love and wisdom.

Exhale out,

All in equal measure.

Inhale,

My body is strong and supple.

Exhale my mind is clear.

Inhale,

My spirit is filled with power,

Love and wisdom.

Exhale,

All in equal measure.

Slow and deep inhale,

My body is strong and supple.

Slow and long exhale,

My mind is clear.

Exhale slow,

My spirit is filled with power,

Love and wisdom.

Exhale long,

All in equal measure.

My body is strong and supple.

My mind is clear.

My spirit is filled with power,

Love and wisdom.

All in equal measure.

My body is strong and supple.

My mind is clear.

My spirit is filled with power,

Love and wisdom.

Exhale in,

All in equal measure.

As you continue to breathe in the pace that is right for you,

I invite you to feel these intentions.

Exhale and sense them filling your entire being.

Continue this meditation of intent for as long as you need.
