Bring awareness to your neck,

Now feel your whole body together.

Your breath,
Your life force.
Feel the subtle movement of energy with each breath.
Breath flowing.

This Prana Makosha,
This layer of awareness is subtle than the Annamaya Kosha,
The physical body.
We can visualize the physical body.
We can touch it.
We can feel it.
But Prana we can only feel it through our breath.
This is subtle.

Going deeper into the Manomaya Kosha,
The layer of thoughts.
You can experience this Kosha through thoughts,
Ideas,
Emotions.
Watch them like a silent observer.
No rejection.
No judgment.
Just witnessing.
Moving even deeper into the Vijnanamaya Kosha,
This layer is even subtle than the Manomaya Kosha,
The layer of thoughts.
This Vijnanamaya Kosha is known as the layer of wisdom and inner knowing.
You can experience it through your knowledge.
This is a space of understanding beyond thoughts.
This layer holds the knowledge from thousands and thousands of life you experienced before this body.
Most of your knowledge,
Your memory is in the form of subconscious mind,
Which is 95% of your mind.
Sense this subtle intelligence within you,
Quiet,
Aware,
Guiding.
Now gently enter the deepest layer,
The Anandamaya Kosha,
The sheath of bliss.
Here resides the Atman,
The soul,
Your true essence,
Your eternal nature.
You are the reflection of the Supreme Consciousness,
Which resides in your heart.
In this layer,
Through the presence of soul,
Is the part of the Supreme Consciousness.
This,
Take it as the drop of the ocean.
Ocean is the Supreme Consciousness and this drop is the soul.
You are the reflection of the soul.
Feel this presence,

Part of Supreme Energy,
Your constant companion,

No matter in which body you are experiencing this world.
