Hi everyone,
Please lie down or sit in a comfortable position.
Let the ground hold you completely.
Let your shoulders drop.
Let your jaw soften.
Take a deep breath in through the nose.
Hold for a moment and gently exhale through the mouth.
Again,
Inhale deeply,
Pause,
And let it all go.
This is your time,
There's nowhere else to be.
Nothing else to prove,
Just presence.
Notice the natural rhythm of your breath.
No forcing,
No fixing,
Just watching.
Inhale,
Feel expansion.
Exhale,
Feel release.
With every breath out,
Let the noise of the day fade a little more.
Let's travel through your body with gentle attention.
Bring awareness to your right hand thumb,
Fingers,
Palm,
Wrist,
Forearm,
Upper arm,
Shoulder.
Left hand now,
Fingers,
Palm,
Wrist,
Arm,
Shoulder.
Bring awareness down to your right toes,
Foot,
Ankle,
Calf,
Knee,
Thigh,
Left toes,
Ankle,
Calf,
Knee,
Thigh,
Hip.
Bring awareness to the back of your body,
Spine,
Shoulders,
Neck,
Front of your body,
Stomach,
Chest,
Collarbones,
Face,
Jaw,
Lips,
Eyes,
Forehead,
Scalp.
And now your whole body together,
One field.
Soft,
Awake,
Still.
Silently repeat inside you.
I give my best to the process.
I let go of what I can't control.
Let it sink in,
Not as a slogan,
But as truth.
Imagine standing on a quiet street at dawn.
The world is still asleep,
But you are already at work on something that matters deeply to you.
Maybe it's a business idea,
A piece of art,
A project,
Or a dream that no one fully understands yet.
You have faced rejections,
Delays,
Doubts.
People have questioned you,
But you keep showing up.
Not because of guaranteed success,
But because this matters to you.
Every brick you place isn't about the final building.
It's about building well right now.
Think about the people who created lasting change in the world.
The one who didn't just chase quick wins.
They worked for something bigger.
They failed often,
They adapted,
But they kept moving forward.
What made them strong wasn't just a skill.
It was their ability to focus on the work without being emotionally tied to how fast success came.
They understood something simple yet powerful.
You control your effort,
Not the outcome.
When you stop chasing the finish line and pour yourself fully into what's in front of you,
Pressure dissolves,
Clarity sharpens,
And excellence rises.
Now imagine someone,
Not a god,
Not a celebrity,
Just a wise old mentor.
The kind who has seen enough to know what matters.
They stand beside you and say gently,
Don't work to win,
Work because it's worth doing.
Do not feel a calm power build in your chest.
The fear of failure loosens its grip.
Your energy shifts from proving to creating.
See yourself stepping onto your personal battlefield again,
Whatever that is for you.
Maybe a boardroom,
A studio,
A classroom,
A laptop,
A workshop.
But this time you are different.
You move with clarity.
You give your best to each moment.
You no longer measure your worth by the scoreboard that quite calm inside you.
That's your real advantage.
Slowly bring your attention back to your breath.
Feel the gentle rise and fall of your chest.
Feel your body resting on the ground beneath you.
Wiggle your fingers,
Wiggle your toes.
Take one deep breath in,
And exhale slowly.
When you are ready,
Open your eyes.
Namaste.
Have a great day.
