Hi everyone,

Please lie down or sit in a comfortable position.

Let the ground hold you completely.

Let your shoulders drop.

Let your jaw soften.

Take a deep breath in through the nose.

Hold for a moment and gently exhale through the mouth.

Again,

Inhale deeply,

Pause,

And let it all go.

This is your time,

There's nowhere else to be.

Nothing else to prove,

Just presence.

Notice the natural rhythm of your breath.

No forcing,

No fixing,

Just watching.

Inhale,

Feel expansion.

Exhale,

Feel release.

With every breath out,

Let the noise of the day fade a little more.

Let's travel through your body with gentle attention.

Bring awareness to your right hand thumb,

Fingers,

Palm,

Wrist,

Forearm,

Upper arm,

Shoulder.

Left hand now,

Fingers,

Palm,

Wrist,

Arm,

Shoulder.

Bring awareness down to your right toes,

Foot,

Ankle,

Calf,

Knee,

Thigh,

Left toes,

Ankle,

Calf,

Knee,

Thigh,

Hip.

Bring awareness to the back of your body,

Spine,

Shoulders,

Neck,

Front of your body,

Stomach,

Chest,

Collarbones,

Face,

Jaw,

Lips,

Eyes,

Forehead,

Scalp.

And now your whole body together,

One field.

Soft,

Awake,

Still.

Silently repeat inside you.

I give my best to the process.

I let go of what I can't control.

Let it sink in,

Not as a slogan,

But as truth.

Imagine standing on a quiet street at dawn.

The world is still asleep,

But you are already at work on something that matters deeply to you.

Maybe it's a business idea,

A piece of art,

A project,

Or a dream that no one fully understands yet.

You have faced rejections,

Delays,

Doubts.

Slowly bring your attention back to your breath.

Feel the gentle rise and fall of your chest.

Feel your body resting on the ground beneath you.

Wiggle your fingers,

Wiggle your toes.

Take one deep breath in,

And exhale slowly.

When you are ready,

Open your eyes.
