Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is Yogi Brian and find a place where you can be still.
You can do this seated,
On a chair,
Meditation cushion,
Or lying down on your back.
And once you find that place,
Allow your eyes to close and just be.
Just arrive.
Nothing to do or control.
There's no right or wrong way to do this meditation.
Whatever your body needs,
Whatever your mind needs,
Allow it to happen.
Allow this meditation to be exactly what you need.
If you fall asleep,
That's okay.
That's what your body needs.
But maybe tell yourself that you'll stay awake during this meditation.
And this meditation is to boost your self-esteem.
To boost your self-esteem.
So just allow your breath to be.
Notice your breath and notice how your breath feels.
Accepting your breath how it is.
Is your breath smooth or deep or shallow?
How's your breath?
Sometimes when we start a meditation,
Our breath might be shallow or erratic.
And that's okay.
You'll soon start to realize your breath will automatically relax and smooth out as you relax and as you smooth out.
And as you relax and listen to the sound of my voice,
Your body will naturally and intuitively relax deeper and deeper.
Because your body knows how to relax.
And in this natural state of relaxation,
Your body can heal itself.
Your body can digest.
Your blood vessels can dilate.
And all that fresh blood can get to the parts of the body that need healing.
So relax and allow your body to heal.
Because your body wants to heal.
Because your body loves you.
Now start to take control of your breathing.
With your mouth closed,
Breathe in and out through your nose.
Some people like to count their breath.
Some people like to count four on the inhale and four on the exhale.
Or maybe it's five or six.
Whatever breath is comfortable for you.
Finding your breath number.
A steady comfortable breath for you.
And now notice your body.
Notice you have this body.
Sometimes we're all in our heads all throughout the day.
We forget we have this amazing body of ours.
So just feel your body.
Feel the legs,
The arms,
The torso,
The back,
The neck,
And head.
Entire face.
Feel your body.
This body of yours does so many things in the background to keep you alive.
This body loves you.
This body wants to relax and wants to keep you safe.
This body protects you even when you're asleep.
Your body is there for you.
Send love to your body.
Whole body relaxes.
Deeper and deeper.
Relaxing more and more.
And you soon start to realize your eyelids are so heavy and so relaxed.
So heavy and so relaxed.
As you breathe and listen to the sound of my voice.
Easily and effortlessly allowing your mind and your thoughts to relax.
To disappear.
To fade away.
And as your mind relaxes.
As your thoughts disappear and fade away.
All you have to do is breathe and listen to the sound of my voice.
Relaxing more and more.
There you go.
Now I may know you.
But I might not know you.
So I don't know your life or where you've been.
But what I do know is you have so many gifts.
So many talents.
What I do know is there were times in your life that you rose up out of difficulty.
Maybe you had some tough times and you overcame them.
And I know that there was times where you really care for other people.
Or caring for people now.
Loving people now.
And I know there's things that you love to do.
And you love to share with people.
And in just a moment I wonder if you can think of all the good things that you've done.
All the good things you've done for yourself or for others.
Those things.
Those challenges you pushed through.
Those challenges you overcame.
I wonder if you can think of all those times where you succeeded.
Where you cared for others.
Where you gave unconditional love.
First things that come to your mind now.
Think of all those times.
All those times you succeeded.
Where you cared for others.
You gave it your all.
You accomplished something.
You gave love without wanting something in return.
Think of all those times right now.
And any emotions you feel.
Allow those emotions to come up.
Allow those emotions to come up to the surface now.
Because you have so much to offer.
You have so much love to give.
Because you are a good person.
Deep at your core.
You are love.
And you are perfect.
Exactly how you are.
You are perfect exactly how you are.
The universe never makes mistakes.
And you are perfect.
Connected to the source.
Connected to the universe.
And I wonder if you can imagine white light entering your room.
White light from the center of the universe.
Entering your room.
Entering your space.
And entering the crown of your head with this white light.
With this infinite energy.
This infinite love.
Connecting to the source.
To your higher power.
God.
Great Spirit.
Whatever you want to call it.
This white light.
This energy from the center of the universe.
Entering the crown of your head.
Healing your entire body.
All the healing you need.
All the love you need.
Unconditional.
And as you feel this healing white light.
Maybe say this affirmation to yourself.
I am perfect.
Exactly how I am.
I am perfect.
Exactly how I am.
I am perfect.
Exactly how I am.
I am perfect.
Exactly how I am.
I am perfect.
Exactly how I am.
White light floods your body.
Floods your soul.
Floods your spirit.
Heals your body.
Heals your mind.
Heals your soul.
Completely whole.
Full.
So loved.
Unconditionally.
Because you are perfect.
Exactly how you are.
Right here.
Right now.
So much love.
So much gratitude.
And you can remain here as long as you like.
Soak it up.
Feel it all.
Allow those emotions to come up.
