Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is Yogi Brian.
Find a comfortable space.
You can either lay down on your back or sit up straight with your spine straight,
Chin slightly tucked.
You can sit on a chair,
A block or a bolster,
A pillow,
But just find a comfortable spot.
Don't overthink it.
Once you find your space,
Just allow the eyes to come closed.
And it's just your natural breath in and out.
Nice and steady.
Your natural breath here,
Nice and smooth and steady.
And just observing the breath.
So observing the inhales and the exhales.
And now taking a scan of your body.
Just check in with your body,
Seeing how your body's feeling.
And now observe the mind.
So just watching the thoughts,
Letting the thoughts pop in and pop out,
Flowing in and flowing out.
And just watch them without any judgment.
Just notice them.
Just being the observer of the breath of the body and the mind.
Just allowing yourself to settle into the present moment.
Just noticing any sounds you hear and fully accepting those sounds.
They're just a part of your meditation and these sounds,
They relax you even more.
So anytime you hear sounds in the background or sounds outside,
These sounds relax you even more.
Every exhale you take,
You relax even deeper into your mat,
Into your space.
Fill that wave of relaxation throughout the body,
Starting from the toes,
That wave all the way to the crown of the head,
Just riding that wave of relaxation.
Fill the body,
Relax even deeper.
Body's starting to relax.
Breath is starting to be steady.
Body's starting to relax.
Mind's starting to relax.
I want you to visualize a cord at the base of your spine.
A cord is attached to you at the base of your spine.
And this cord is sent straight to the center of the universe.
This cord at the base of your spine sent straight to the center of the universe.
And I want you to send all your bad vibes,
All your worries,
All your negative emotions,
Anything that is holding you back,
Send them straight down this cord at the base of your spine to the center of the universe.
Visualize it,
Seeing it,
Anything that doesn't serve you in your body,
In your mind,
Send it down this cord to the center of the universe.
Sending it down this cord.
And as you send what doesn't serve you down this cord,
Your body is starting to feel lighter,
Your body is starting to feel more space.
So send it down this cord to the center of the earth.
Scanning the entire body,
Finding any emotion,
Any bad vibe,
Anything that doesn't serve you find it hidden within your body and send it straight down this cord at the base of your spine to the center of the earth.
Search for it in your body,
Find it,
And then send it down.
Fill in that grounding energy while you do it,
Send it down to the center of the earth.
And sometimes those worries,
They hide in your body.
So make sure you find them all.
Make sure you find all those hidden worries,
Those hidden bad vibes,
And send them straight down to the earth.
Once you send them down that cord,
There is no return.
They can't come back fully freed.
Find them,
Find the hidden ones.
Great job.
Keep doing it.
Keep sending it straight down to the center of the earth on that cord,
Filling grounded,
Filling that grounding energy.
I want you to visualize the biggest pair of scissors that you can imagine.
The biggest pair of scissors you can imagine.
I want you to take those scissors and I want you to cut the cord at the base of your spine.
And when you cut the cord at the base of your spine,
It does not hurt you at all.
It feels really good because you feel a release here.
So cut that cord at the base of your spine.
I want you to see it.
I want you to visualize it.
Once you cut that cord,
That cord just falls down to the center of the earth,
Down to the center of the earth,
Starting to disappear,
Starting to disintegrate.
It's falling down.
You can't see it anymore.
You just feel the lightness in the body,
This openness in the body,
The space you created in the body from releasing all these negative vibes,
All these worries.
You just feel this space.
Just soak it up.
Just feel those good vibes,
Feeling that space,
Feeling that openness,
That lightness.
You might start to feel like you're hovering.
You're floating.
It's totally normal.
Is there lighter,
You have this space.
Let's fill all the space with some good vibes here.
So I want you to attach another cord attached,
This cord at the Crown of the head.
So attach this cord at the Crown of your head.
I want you to visualize it.
I want you to see it.
Attaching this court at the Crown of your head and this cord is directly in to the center of the universe.
So this cord attached to the Crown of your head is directly sent to the center of the universe,
And this court is pumping nothing but good vibes into your body.
So nothing but good vibes are being pumped into your body.
It's like an air conditioning unit.
It's just pumping in those good vibes from the center of the universe.
I want you to feel it.
I want you to feel these good vibes being pumped in from the center of the universe at the crown of your head from this cord.
And it's filling every nook and cranny of your body with good vibes,
Positive vibes,
Healthy vibes.
Every nook and cranny is starting to fill up the toes,
Fill up the feet,
Into the ankles all the way up to the legs,
The knees,
The thighs,
The hips,
Torso,
Around the torso,
Around the back,
Around the chest,
Upper back,
Into the shoulders,
Filling up all the way down the hands,
The arms,
The fingertips start to fill up,
The hands start to fill up,
The wrists,
Forearms,
Lower arms,
Elbows,
Upper arms,
Back up the shoulders,
Around the neck and the throat,
Back of the head into the jaw,
Into the nose,
Into the eyes,
The forehead.
These good vibes is filling you up.
Fill these good vibes.
Soak it up.
Fill it in the body.
This cord from the center of the universe is just pumping you up with these good vibes and you're feeling really good.
You feel that unconditional love.
It's nothing but unconditional love here for you.
You're feeling so good.
You're feeling so full.
Yes.
I want you to feel full enough.
I want you to remove the cord at the crown of your head.
Just twist it off.
Just remove it.
You don't need scissors this time.
You don't need to cut it.
Just twist it off and remove it.
And it just floats up back to the center of the universe.
It just glides up.
You see it.
You just feel this unconditional love in your body,
This fullness,
This warmth,
This contentment,
This happiness.
Feel full.
Feel this.
Soak it up.
Feel it.
This wholeness.
These good vibes.
You're feeling these good vibes soaking it up.
You are full.
You are whole.
Then just bring your hands so they're facing up.
If you're laying down,
Just bring the hands so they're facing up,
Palms facing up to the sky.
Or if you're seated,
Palms on the lap facing up.
And I just want you to fill this energy into the hands.
You just pumped in all these good vibes from the center of the universe.
I want you to send these good vibes,
These healthy,
These loving vibes out your hands.
And I want you to send it out to the universe,
Out to the world,
Out to your family,
Out to your friends,
Out to strangers.
And I want you to send these loving vibes,
These happy vibes,
These healthy vibes out to the world.
I want you to visualize who you're sending these vibes to,
Family,
Friends,
Strangers.
I want you to see them feeling these good vibes,
Accepting these good vibes.
And you're sending it straight to them.
From your hands out to the world.
Just feel it,
Visualize it,
See it.
I feel the tinglingness on the fingertips,
On the hands from this energy.
Send it out to the world.
Share this love,
Share this unconditional love.
Share this hope,
Share this joy,
Share this contentment.
Feel it.
Whenever you're finished sharing this love,
Let's make our way up to an easy seat.
Finishing the meditation here.

You sit on a chair or a bolster.
The spine is straight here,
Chin is slightly tucked,
And the crown is feeling like it's being pulled up to the center of the sky.

So bring the hands to heart center,
