Welcome to this guided meditation,
This guided new moon manifestation meditation.
My name is yogi Brian.
Find your comfortable spot,
Your comfortable place.
Maybe grab a pen or paper so you can write down your intention.
The new moon is considered a growth state to plant seeds in your heart and set the tone for this new cycle.
The lunar cycle is about 29 days,
So today is a great time to set your intention.
Now pick three intentions you'd like to manifest.
Three intentions you'd like to send this energy out to the universe so you can receive back to you.
Write down three intentions on your paper or on your phone's notepad.
Write them out.
You can pause this while you write your intentions and come back to it.
I'll give you some time.
Write down your intention.
Any intention your mind can conceive and believe,
Write that intention down.
Three intentions.
And when you're ready,
Find your comfortable spot,
Your comfortable place.
You can either sit down on a chair,
On the couch,
Meditation cushion,
Or you can lay down on your back.
Finding a place where you can keep your body still in a place that's preferably quiet,
But if there is noises in the background,
Those noises are there just to relax you even more.
Those noises are there,
They're in their natural state,
And all you have to do is breathe.
So whenever you're ready,
Gently close your eyes and bring your awareness to your breath.
Awareness to the breath,
Focus on the breath.
If the mind is all over the place that is totally okay,
That is normal.
Bring your attention to your breath.
Noticing the inhale and the exhale.
Each and every breath you take,
You're able to relax even more and more.
And you know that you're not alone.
You're able to relax even more and more.
And you notice your breath is starting to smooth out all on its own.
And you notice your mind is starting to relax all on its own.
You notice your body is starting to relax because your mind is starting to relax.
Your body follows your mind and your mind follows your breath.
So all you have to do is focus on your breath and allow your conscious mind to relax,
Allowing your conscious mind to let go.
Because your unconscious mind will listen to everything it needs to hear.
And as your conscious mind relaxes,
Your unconscious mind can naturally do its thing.
And each and every breath you take,
You relax even more and more.
Your whole body starts to relax.
And all you have to do is breathe and listen to the sound of my voice.
You don't have to strain.
You don't have to control.
You don't have to actively listen.
You don't have to control.
You don't have to actively listen because your unconscious mind hears every single word I say.
Now tell yourself to yourself silently,
I will relax.
I will relax.
And as you say the words,
You relax even more and more.
And your body is so relaxed,
Your breath is so relaxed,
You don't even notice your breathing.
Your breath is so quiet,
Your body is so relaxed,
You barely notice your breathing.
Feeling a wave of relaxation all throughout the body.
And some people feel a tingling sensation in their toes and in their fingers.
Some people feel a tingling sensation on the back of their head.
Some people feel a tingling sensation on the back of their neck.
The whole body relaxes now.
Each and every breath you take,
The body starts to relax.
Not yet,
But in just a moment,
I want you to use that great imagination of yours.
Not yet,
But in just a moment,
We'll go through each of your intentions.
And you'll see your intentions,
You'll visualize your intentions,
You'll feel your intentions like they're happening right now.
Not yet,
But in just a moment,
I'll ask you to relax.
Not yet,
But in just a moment,
I'll ask you to feel and think and see your first intention you set.
I'm going to count down from five to one.
When I reach one,
You'll see,
You'll visualize,
You'll feel that first intention you set.
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
See that intention,
See that first intention you set.
Visualize it,
See it happening right here,
Right now.
In your mind's eye,
Visualize,
Feel,
See this intention happening right now.
Feel this intention,
See this intention,
Visualize this intention,
And really feel the feelings in your body.
Where do you feel this intention in your body?
Is it in the heart?
Is it in the stomach?
Where do you feel this intention?
Now feel those emotions 10 times more.
Notice how the body feels.
Feel this feeling,
Feel this emotion 10 times more.
Now take this emotion,
Take this energy and plant it in the center of your heart,
Like you're planting a seed,
Like you're planting a tree.
Take this feeling,
Take this emotion and plant it in the center of your heart,
Allowing this intention to grow.
And there's nothing else you need to do or control,
Because once this is planted in your heart space,
It's working and it's manifesting and it's connecting with the universe.
So plant this intention,
Plant this seed.
So once you planted the seed,
Take a nice deep inhale through the nose,
Exhale,
Open the mouth,
Sigh it out,
Send it out to the universe.
Excellent,
Great job.
Not yet,
But in just a moment.
I want you to see the second intention you set.
Not yet,
But in just a moment.
I want you to visualize,
I want you to see,
I want you to feel the second intention just like you did with the first one.
Not yet,
But in just a moment.
You'll see,
You'll visualize,
You'll feel,
And I'll count down from five to one,
Just like the first one.
When I reach one,
You'll see,
Feel this intention five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
See the second intention,
Feel it,
Taste it,
Smell it,
Visualize it,
Act like this intention,
This manifestation is here right now.
So feel this intention in your body.
Where is this sensation coming from?
Where is this feeling coming from in the body?
Feel this emotion,
Feel this feeling in the body.
And make it 10 times stronger.
Make this feeling 10 times stronger.
Where in the body do you feel it and feel it,
All the sensations?
Now take this intention and plant this intention in the center of your heart space,
Just like you're planting a tree.
Plant this intention in your heart space.
And once you've planted this intention,
Take a nice deep breath in through your nose.
Exhale,
Sigh it out,
Connect it to the universe.
Great job.
Let's do your third intention.
So the same thing,
I'm going to count down from five all the way to one.
When I reach one,
You'll see,
Feel,
Hear,
Sense this intention.
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
See your intention,
Feel your intention.
See your intention like it's happening right now.
Right now in the present moment.
Visualize this intention,
See it,
Feel it.
Now feel this intention in your body.
Where is it coming from in your body?
Pinpoint this sensation,
Feel it,
And make it 10 times stronger,
10 times deeper,
Feel it 10 times more.
Now take this intention and plant it in your heart space.
Plant this seed,
Plant this intention in your heart space.
And once you're ready,
Take a nice deep inhale through the nose.
Exhale,
Sigh it out.
All three intentions planted in your heart space,
All three intentions manifesting out into the vast universe.
And there's nothing you need to do or control.
And now all you need to do is focus on the now,
Focus on the present moment.
And once you focus on the now and on the present moment without attaching to these manifestations,
To these intentions,
The space and the time is open for these manifestations to arrive.
So nothing to do or control on your part,
Just focusing on the now,
On the present moment.
Whatever task you're doing,
You do that task,
You focus on that task,
You focus on the present moment.
And as you focus on the present moment,
Your manifestation,
Your intention will arrive.
Giving up all expectations for how your manifestation will arrive.
All you need to do is breathe and stay present.
Stay present right here,
Right now.
Stay present on any task you do in the future.
And give this intention,
Give this manifestation space to arrive.
