Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is Yogi Brian.
Find your comfortable spot.
Taking a seat either on a chair or on a meditation cushion,
Legs can be crossed or out in front of you.
Palms in your lap either facing up to receive or facing down for grounding.
Allow your eyes to gently close and bring an awareness to the breath.
Allowing your body to settle.
Giving yourself some time,
Giving yourself some space.
Clearing away any expectations for your day,
For your meditation.
All you have to do is breathe.
Just allow the thoughts to be.
If the thoughts are swirling around in your mind,
Just allow them to be.
Come back to your breath.
Noticing the breath,
Observing the breath.
And noticing your breath smoothing out without you having to do anything.
By just observing your breath,
Your breath will automatically smooth out.
Noticing the body,
Taking a scan of the body.
Noticing any tension in the body.
Nothing to do or control with it.
Just notice the tension.
Scan the body.
You'll start to notice the body will naturally relax on its own.
Noticing your body wants to return to its natural state.
Each and every breath you take,
You relax even more and more.
Each and every breath you take,
All your veins in your body,
All your blood in your body,
Just starts to relax.
Each and every breath you take,
You relax even more and more.
Noticing any sounds in your environment,
Any sounds in the room.
Just allowing those sounds to be,
Those sounds are relaxing you even more and more.
Anything you hear relaxes you ten times more.
Falling into your space,
Falling into the present moment.
Allowing your thoughts to just be.
Nothing to do or control with the thoughts.
Just the thoughts like you're watching a movie.
Thoughts are just on the movie screen and you're just watching those thoughts roll in and roll out.
Feel a wave of relaxation throughout the body.
Feel the body each and every breath you take,
You relax even more and more.
Each and every breath you take,
It floods the body with relaxation.
Feel the breath smooth out.
Feel the body relaxing.
And feel the mind relaxed.
Your whole body relaxes,
Your whole being is relaxed here.
Not yet,
But in just a moment.
I'm going to have you see a color coming from your heart.
Not yet,
But in just a moment,
This color will be radiant,
It will be loving,
It will be kindness,
Self care.
Not yet,
But in just a moment,
I'm going to count from ten all the way to one.
Not yet,
But in just a moment,
Once I hit one,
You're going to see this color,
You're going to feel this color.
Ten,
Nine,
Eight,
Seven,
Six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
And then see this color in your heart center,
Feel this color,
Feel it glowing from your heart.
Unconditional love,
Kindness,
Care,
Self care,
Self love.
See this color,
Feel this color.
Feel your entire being,
Your entire body,
Each and every breath you take.
Feel this color,
See this color.
See this color,
Feel this color.
And notice how it feels in the body.
Start to swirl this color around the tips of your toes.
See it swirling,
See it spiraling around your toes,
Around your feet,
Around your ankles.
All around your legs,
Swirl this color,
See this color,
Feel this color.
Body might start to tingle all around the legs,
Around the hips,
Into the fingertips,
Into the hands.
Swirl this color,
Spiral this color,
Feel this color,
See this color.
Feel the body tingling up the arms,
Around the torso,
Around the back.
Into the shoulders,
Into the heart,
Around the upper back,
Around the neck.
Spiraling around the head and out the crown of your head.
Seeing this color spiraling out the crown of your head to the center of the universe.
Unconditional love,
Feel it in your body,
Connect it to the source,
Connect it to the universe.
Feel this color,
See this color.
Breathe it all in,
Each breath you take,
This color,
You feel it,
Each and every breath you take.
Feel this color wrapped around you like a nice warm blanket of unconditional love,
Here in the present moment.
Connect it to the universe,
You have everything you need right here,
Right now.
Maybe say that to yourself,
I have everything I need right here,
Right now.
I have everything I need right here,
Right now.
I have everything I need right here,
Right now.
Taking this color,
Feeling this color,
Breathing this color.
Knowing it's here for you,
For the rest of your day.
Take a nice deep inhale through the nose,
Exhale open the mouth,
Sigh it out,
