Welcome to this guide of meditation.
My name is yogi Brian find your comfortable spot your comfortable space And don't overthink it Find a position where your body can be still Allow your eyes to gently close And bring your awareness to your breath All you have to do is breathe during this meditation All you have to do is breathe Given yourself this time to meditate Given yourself this time for you Film the whole body relax on the shoulders relax All the weight on your shoulders just fades away just relaxes Jaw starts to relax And you notice your breath is starting to smooth out Just like a pebble in the pond the ripples are so soft Just like a pebble in the pond the ripples are so soft Each and every breath you take you relax even more and more Allow yourself to be Allow yourself to be Allow yourself to feel If there's something heavy on your mind heavy in your heart just feel it Give yourself permission to feel it Breathe through it Acknowledge it Maybe say hello I see you I see you feelings and breathe through it Telling yourself it's okay to feel Not yet but in just a moment I want you to point to where you're feeling this feeling Not yet but in just a moment I want you to point to where you feel this feeling in your body Not yet but in just a moment I want you to point to where you feel this feeling in your body 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 point to the feeling point to your body and notice a color Any color first color you see see that color fill the color point to it in your body Once you see it feel it and visualize with your hands taking this color out of your body Pulling this color out of your body like pulling a rope or a chain Seeing the color in your hands pulling the color out of your body And notice how your body is feeling once you pull this color out of your body keep pulling keep getting this color out Keep pulling get all the color out Once you have the color out make it into a ball With your hands visualize making this color into a ball any size ball Notice how your body fills with this color outside your body this feeling and you can see it you can see the color you can see the ball Not yet but in just a moment I want you to turn around visualize yourself turning around Not yet but in just a moment when you turn around you see a bonfire You feel the warmth not yet but in just a moment I'm going to count down from five to one and I'll have you turn around and I'll have you throw your colorful ball in the fire Five four three two one turn around see the fire fill the heat fill it radiate on your body and toss that ball into the fire And notice how the body feels notice the release watching that colorful ball of emotions in the fire disintegrating up in smoke gone Notice how your body feels notice the feelings where do you feel it Allowing the motions to be allowing the sense of freedom Allow yourself to feel Taking a nice deep inhale through the nose Exhale open the mouth sigh it out inhale deeply through the nose Exhale sigh it out let it go Just feeling this clarity feeling this freedom feeling this emotional release And knowing you can always come back to this if anything else comes up if you have any stuck feelings stuck emotions can always come back to this spot Find it words in your body see the color pull it out and throw it into the fire.
