Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is Yogi Brian.
And find a comfortable spot where you can lie down.
Either roll out a yoga mat,
A blanket,
Or you can lie down in your bed.
You may fall asleep and that's okay.
And once you find that place softly,
Gently close your eyes.
Bring in your awareness,
Your attention to your breath.
Closing the mouth and breathing in and out through your nose.
A natural breath,
A steady breath.
And don't overthink it.
You've been breathing all your life.
Just observe your breath.
Notice your breath.
Notice your breath.
And allow yourself to arrive.
Bring in your mind to your body.
Bring in your mind to the room.
Because you know you deserve to relax.
Telling yourself silently,
I will relax.
And you soon start to notice your body is relaxing even more and more.
Your body is relaxing even more and more.
Because you deserve to relax.
In just a moment,
We'll take two deep breaths together and I'll guide you through it.
Whenever you're ready,
Exhale all the air out of your body,
Out through the mouth,
Make a ha sound.
Ha.
Now close the mouth,
Inhale deeply through the nose.
Hold the breath.
Feel the tension in the throat,
Hold the breath.
And exhale,
Sigh it out,
Let it go,
Make that ha sound.
Ha.
Close the mouth,
Breathe in through the nose.
Hold it.
Feel that tension.
And exhale,
Let it all go,
Sigh it out.
Ha.
Close the mouth and just breathe in and out through the nose.
A natural,
Steady,
Comfortable breath.
Whole body relaxes,
Whole body sinks deeper and deeper and deeper into a relaxed state.
Whole body rests,
Whole body settles.
Feel a wave of relaxation all the way from the crown of your head to the tips of your toes.
Each and every breath you take,
You relax even more and more.
Whole body feels heavier and heavier and heavier.
Now let's relax our minds even more.
I want you to imagine you're in a movie theater or watching a TV screen.
And all your thoughts are on that TV screen.
And all your thoughts are on that TV screen.
And all your thoughts are on that TV screen.
And all your thoughts are on that TV screen,
On that movie theater screen.
And you're just watching the thoughts roll in and roll out.
And there's nothing you have to do or control.
Be the observer.
Just watch.
And as you watch your thoughts on the screen,
The screen starts to get smaller and further away.
And it shrinks smaller and further away.
All the way that you just can't see the screen anymore.
And your mind relaxes.
Turning the volume all the way down.
Deeper and deeper and deeper.
So relaxed.
So heavy.
So relaxed and so heavy that all those tiny muscles in your eyelids feel heavier and heavier.
Those tiny muscles in your eyelids feel so heavy that you just can't open your eyelids.
Try to open your eyelids but you just can't open them.
And you relax even more and more.
Now if you're still awake,
Which you might be,
You might be asleep and that's okay.
Because your conscious mind can let go.
Your conscious mind can surrender.
And as your conscious mind lets go,
Your unconscious mind will listen and hear everything it needs to hear.
In just a moment,
Not yet,
But in just a moment,
I wonder if you can imagine a cord at the base of your spine.
And this cord at the base of your spine goes all the way down to the center of the earth.
All the way down to the center of the earth,
This cord at the base of your spine.
And all your tensions,
All your worries,
Send it down,
This cord,
To the center of the earth.
All that stress,
All that tension,
All your worries,
Send it out of your body into the cord at the base of your spine to the center of the earth.
Getting all that tension,
Sometimes it hides all that tension in your body,
Pinpoint it,
Find it,
Once you find it,
Send it straight down this cord at the base of your spine to the center of the earth.
Now I wonder if you can imagine the biggest pair of scissors,
The biggest pair of scissors you can imagine.
Imagine these big pair of scissors and cut that cord at the base of your spine.
Once you cut that cord,
That cord falls,
It falls deeper and deeper to the center of the earth and all your cares and all your worries are gone.
And notice how your body feels.
Some people feel a sense of freedom,
Other people feel a sense of peace,
A sense of space in their body.
What do you feel in your body after cutting the cord?
In just a moment,
Not yet,
But in just a moment,
I want you to imagine a beam of light or a laser beam connected at your heart space all the way to the center of the universe.
You can imagine a light,
Any color,
Light,
First color you see or a laser beam or just feel the energy at your heart space,
Connected from your heart space to the center of the universe.
And this is the energy,
The unconditional love,
The gratitude,
The peace,
The wholeness filling up your entire body with unconditional love.
Feel it,
See it,
Feel this light,
Feel this laser beam,
Your heart space to the center of the universe.
And as you feel this energy,
Allow it to soak it up in your entire body,
Every single cell,
Every single muscle fiber,
Full of this love.
This unconditional love,
This gratitude,
This wholeness.
This connection with you throughout your day,
Throughout your night,
This connection to the universe fills you up.
Because you know you deserve it,
And because you know you're exactly where you need to be,
Right here,
Right now.
Saying silently to yourself,
On the inhale,
I am,
And on the exhale,
Love.
And knowing the universe always has your back.
The universe is always there for you.
I am love.
I am love.
I am love.
I am love.
I am love.
I am love.
I am love.
Remain here as long as you like.
Namaste.
