Welcome to this guided meditation.

My name is yogi Brian Find a seat maybe sit on a chair Meditation cushion or on the floor Legs can be crossed Sit tall with the spine straight chin parallel to the mat Shoulders relaxed Palms in the lap either facing up or facing down Allow the eyes to gently close Natural breath here breathing in through the nose And out through the nose Or maybe in through the mouth And out through the mouth Nothing to do or control All you have to do is breathe Natural breath In In and out Nothing to do or control with your breath just breathe Any expectations you have for the day wipe those expectations clear Any to-do list for the day wipe that to-do list clear All you have to do is breathe Breathe observing the breath Just noticing the breath how your breath feels Noticing once you observe the breath the breath starts to smooth out all on its own Each and every breath you take your body starts to relax Each and every breath you take your body starts to relax Each and every breath you take it floods the body with relaxation Each and every breath you take you relax even more and more Noticing any tension in the body slowly dissolving away slowly dissolving away All of your body is slowly dissolving away Slowly dissolving away all that tension slowly fading away Allowing the thoughts to just be Nothing to do or control with your thoughts all you have to do is breathe All body relaxes now whole body relaxes Feeling a sense of ease Feeling a sense of connection to the breath connection to the present moment Not yet but in just a moment I want you to think of a goal you'd like to accomplish in the future Maybe this goal is today you'd like to accomplish or in a week or in a month or in years or multiple years but think of a goal you would like to accomplish in your life Not yet but in just a moment I want you to use that amazing imagination you have Not yet but in just a moment I want you to imagine you're standing outside of a door It could be any door any door in your imagination you're standing outside this door Not yet but in just a moment I'm gonna have you stand outside that door Not yet but in just a moment I'm gonna have you stand outside that door Noticing the body fully relaxed now I want you to stand outside that door Imagine looking down and there's something in your pocket An index card in your pocket and a key in your pocket Reach into your pocket grab the key It could be any key in your imagination And this key fits that door in front of you I want you to take that key and unlock the door Reaching your hand to the knob opening the door slowly opening the door You just feel a sense of ease a sense of good energy As you open the door walk through the door Once you walk into the door you notice 10 steps 10 steps up Close the door behind you Now grab that index card that's in your pocket When you grab that index card out of your pocket you notice it's a color Look at the index card and you notice your goal is written on the index card in a color any color First color you think of that's the index card you notice it's a color Just take some time to look at that card look at your goal feel the color And you notice when you look at this index card you look at your goal you look at this color You feel it in a part of your body and you notice that you're looking at your goal When you look at this index card you look at your goal you look at this color you feel it in a part of your body Feel where this index card where this goal where this color is touching feeling your body and maybe point to it And just notice that feeling in your body Now take that index card place it back in your pocket with the key place it back in your pocket There you go good job Not yet but in just a moment You'll imagine walking up these 10 steps Not yet but in just a moment each step you take on these 10 steps Gets you closer to your goal you'll feel the goal in your body Not yet but in just a moment You'll reach the top of the stairs and there's another door at the top of the stairs And you'll enter this door once you get there Not yet but in just a moment once you walk up these stairs you'll open the door and you'll see your future self Already accomplished the goal that you have set Now imagine yourself at the bottom of the stairs And take your first step look down step take that first step and notice how the body feels One step closer to your goal take the second step Each and every step you take you feel more confidence take that third step And fourth step Feel your confidence take that third step and fourth noticing the body feeling the body feeling this confidence in your body Fifth step six seven eight nine almost there Almost there once you take this tenth step you're at the door Ten you're there Open the door And as you open the door a light floods you The same light that you saw in the index card floods your body slowly opening the door Stepping into the room And using that imagination of yours how does the room feel what does the room look like Walking into the room you notice a silhouette sitting on a chair And as you walk closer to the silhouette You feel nothing but unconditional love Towards this person towards this silhouette the light is so bright full of the color in this room And as you walk closer to this person walking towards a silhouette you notice that this silhouette this person is your future self Walk up to your future self that's already accomplished your goal and have a seat next to your future self And ask your future self What did I have to do to accomplish my goal And allow your future self to answer So Thank you for your self Thank you for your self And not yet but in just a moment I'm going to count down from 10 to 1 The body will start relaxing even deeper and deeper and you'll arrive to the present moment You'll arrive back to your space 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 Coming back to your body coming back to your breath coming back to your room coming back to the space Feeling the body feeling the breath Know you can always come back to this visualization you can always come back to that index card that you have in your pocket to the color to your future self Know when your goal is set out into the universe and it will manifest and you have received the answers on how to get there Taking a nice deep breath in through the nose Exhale open the mouth side out Again through the nose,

Exhale open the mouth side out Again inhale deeply through the nose Exhale open the mouth side out Thank you so much for meditating with me today.

I originally found Yogi Bryan on Spotify when I first got into meditation. His guided meditations has helped me so much last year manifest my goals. I am very grateful to find him on here.
