Welcome to this two minute meditation.

Perfect for anyone that's busy or if you're at work or if you just need a quick two minute meditation.

Here we go.

Wherever you're at,

Close your eyes.

Pay attention to the breath.

In and out.

Just noticing the breath in and noticing the breath out.

Paying attention to the thoughts without any judgment.

Observing.

Listening to the sounds in the room.

Feeling the breath going in and going out.

Allowing yourself to be present.

Observing the thoughts.

Observe.

Observe your breath.

Observe your body.

Taking a nice inhale,

Inhale through the nose.

Exhale,

Let everything go.

One more time,

Inhale deeply through the nose.

Exhale,

Let it go.

And that is your two minute meditation.

Enjoy the rest of your day.

I think I would have preferred without the music as it put me in a meditative state and it was finished. I struggled to come out. I would have loved to stay longer... 😉🙏
