Here we go.
Wherever you're at,
Close your eyes.
Pay attention to the breath.
In and out.
Just noticing the breath in and noticing the breath out.
Paying attention to the thoughts without any judgment.
Observing.
Listening to the sounds in the room.
Feeling the breath going in and going out.
Allowing yourself to be present.
Observing the thoughts.
Observe.
Observe your breath.
Observe your body.
Taking a nice inhale,
Inhale through the nose.
Exhale,
Let everything go.
One more time,
Inhale deeply through the nose.
Exhale,
Let it go.
And that is your two minute meditation.
