Really take a few seconds out to feel that smile.
Feel it in your eyes,
Cheeks.
Feel the smile inside of your mouth and notice any sensations that may arise as a result.
Allow this feeling to spread towards your heart and chest area.
Allowing this lightness of a smile to permeate through your entire being and fill your Anahata chakra or heart center.
