Being able to see yourself in the mirror.

Bring your awareness to your ears that filter in sound,
Music,
Laughter,
The voices of those you love,
Silence.
And the beautiful sounds of life.
Bring your awareness to your nose that smells the ocean breeze,
Enjoys the aroma of sweet perfume,
Flowers,
And the trees.
The smell of newly cut grass,
Wafting smell that come from the kitchen,
Perhaps of cupcakes baking in the oven.
Thank you.
Bring your awareness to your lips and mouth that taste and savor and nourish,
That kiss and speak.
And whisper and sing all in the same breath.
The sounds that hold and can touch caress,
Open and close,
Applaud and squeeze.
And be thankful for your arms and shoulders that can carry and hug,
Lift and stretch.
Thank you.
To be thankful for your feet,
Your toes,
The ability to wiggle your toes,
To walk,
To be able to run or dangle your feet,
And most importantly,
To be able to dance.
Thank you.
To be thankful for the tears that we shed from time to time,
For the sorrows we may have encountered in our lives,
And the strength that one is able to muster and make it through the day.

Please bring your awareness to your abundance,
Your expansion,
Your evolution,
Your shifting perspectives,
The affluence and flow,
Empathy and love,
And light.
And your ability to see growth and potential in every moment.
Please return your awareness back to your breath.
And savor each incoming breath and each outgoing breath.
Feel yourself more at ease and filled with a sense of grace.
