She received her RYT 500-hour certification from the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, her RYT 200-hour certification from YogaWorks, and her RYT 200-hour certification from Zarnay Yoga. Kate also passed the industry's most rigorous YogaWorks Certification Assessment, and is a YogaWorks Yoga Teacher Trainer leading RYT 200-hour Training Programs at YogaBalance. Kate teaches Restorative Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Meditation, Align and Flow classes. She focuses on mindful alignment, intelligent class sequencing, and using the breath to help students tap into their subtle energy and create a state of inner calm and ease. Kate is also the Director of YogaBalance, where her tenacity and business acumen have helped create one of New England's top yoga studios.
