The Sensation - To allow our breath to flow deep down and actually tune-into the breath is powerful. The sensation of just feeling our breath-in and breath-out allows us to reach a sense of calm. A sense of letting go of tension, worry, anger, and frustrations, and inviting in the stillness and peace.

Hello everyone,

Thank you for joining me today.

Today's short meditation I've titled The Sensation.

So take a moment to centre yourself,

To make yourself comfortable.

If you're sitting in a chair,

If the chair is big enough you can have your legs crossed into lotus.

Or you can have both feet planted,

Grounding you,

Feeling the earth beneath your feet.

Your eyes are gently closed.

Your facial muscles relax.

Your jaw is unclenched.

And as you breathe in,

You're feeling every sensation of your breath.

You're centring your body with every breath you take.

As you exhale,

Not only are you releasing the air,

But every feeling.

And releasing any moment that has been weighing you down.

Let go of all tension,

Worry,

Anger,

Frustration.

Sink deeper into the presence of your inner stillness and peace.

Feel the subtle vibrations happening all over your body.

As you feel your breath in,

And your slow breath out.

Remember your divine nature.

You are love.

You are peace.

You are powerful.

You are awake and free.

You are the light.

And you need to shine your light.

Take a breath in.

Breath out.

And repeat the following.

I am powerful.

And all strengths are within me.

I am the creator of my destiny.

What I desire comes to me.

What I feel attracts me.

What I think happens to me.

What I visualize unfolds to me.

The universe returns to what I want.

I am grateful for living the life of my dream.

Inhale.

Exhale.

As you deepen your breath,

Visualize a thing,

A person,

A situation you want to manifest.

Believe it as you breathe out.

Visualize it again in detail,

As clear as possible.

Keep that image in your mind and cultivate the feeling of receiving your desire.

Feel the sensation of your breath.

Feel the subtle vibrations happening all over your body.

You are love.

You are peace.

You are powerful.

You're awake and free.

You are the light.

You need to shine your light.

Repeat the following to yourself.

I am powerful.

And all strengths are within me.

I am the creator of my destiny.

What I desire comes to me.

What I feel attracts me.

What I think happens to me.

What I visualize unfolds to me.

The universe returns to what I want.

I am the people who are living the life of my dream.

Take a deep breath in.

Deep breath out.
