Intention. When we set an intention, it is like taking one step at a time. Intentions can be for the next hour, the day, the week, or the month. It is something you are able to cultivate, and come back to everytime so you are able to live in the moment. Setting resolutions are seen as 'negative', as what are you resolving? And 'goals' are normally long-time and if we do not achieve our goal, we look at it as a failure. Our intentions can take us to achieving our goal, that is for sure.
