You are more than capable,
You can do it.
As many celebrated the Lunar New Year recently,
We entered the year of the Tiger,
And each animal is associated with one of five elements.
Wood,
Fire,
Earth,
Metal and water.
The year 2022 is actually the year of the Water Tiger.
It's an important celebration.
And the Lunar New Year is linked to a sense of a new beginning.
Tigers are known for their strength,
The vitality,
The courage,
The bravery.
The Water Tiger has attributes that make it more open minded.
As Tigers can be known for charging ahead,
Doing things,
If things need to be done.
But with the Water Tiger,
They will be more tempered and help us to navigate what will be 2022.
The year could symbolise resilience,
Strength and courage.
And in the Chinese Zodiac,
Considered a positive sign,
Defeating evil.
So let's maximise the energy of the universe,
And in turn,
Maximise our own potential health and courage.
Do you have the courage to act outwardly,
What you see inwardly?
It takes courage to make waves.
It takes courage to be you.
It takes courage to be different.
It takes courage to stand up for what is wrong.
It takes courage to be you.
It takes courage to stand out.
It takes courage to let go.
To speak up.
To act.
It takes courage to be different.
Breathe in courage.
Breathe out courage.
Breathe in confidence.
Breathe out confidence.
Breathe in resilience.
Breathe out bravery.
Can you give up on some of your fears?
What excites you?
You have the courage to love yourself.
You have the courage to make a change.
You have the strength.
You have the vitality.
Take a step forward.
Step into your courageous being.
Leaving any fear behind.
Take a step out of your comfort zone.
It is not easy.
But you have it inside you.
You have it in your heart.
You have the courage to be the person you are supposed to be.
You have the power of belief.
You are capable to solve problems.
Courage requires belief.
That what we do is worthwhile.
You are definitely worth it.
As you breathe in,
Notice your breath.
Let the rhythm of the breath settle you.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Let your breath deepen to take you to your deepest focus.
The focus will tap into your sense of vitality.
Will tap into your sense of courage.
What are you afraid of?
Let the fear of failure fall away.
Feel the elation of triumph.
Feel the heart rush.
Feel your courage.
Feel your hopes and dreams.
You are more than capable.
