Sweet Dreams. You have had a busy day. You have had a joyful day. You have connected with people and are ready to go to sleep to reset, restore, and be joyful for tomorrow. Let your night meditation take you away to a beautiful sandy beach and lay in a hammock looking up at the stars as you drift off to sleep, dreaming, dreaming, dreaming.

Hi,

I hope you have had a beautiful day.

This is a meditation that hopefully can take you to your sweet dreams.

So take a moment to appreciate this moment as you lay in your bed maybe.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Do you notice any emotions popping up?

Any feelings?

Can you hear your inner voice?

Are you able to let it all go and bring your focus to your breath as you close your eyes?

Imagine you're walking along a wide empty beach.

You're walking barefoot.

With each step you feel the soft sand between your toes as you leave your footprints behind you.

You can hear the soft sound of the waves as they gently meet the shore.

You breathe in,

You breathe out.

Your breath is in tune with the ocean waves.

You can feel the breeze.

You can see the shadows the palm trees are making on the beach in front of you.

Rays of sun catches you and your body feels warm.

You find a hammock and you sit gazing out to the horizon.

Your gaze is soft.

Seeing the turquoise blue water in front of you.

The sunlight is slowly fading and as you lay back into the hammock you gaze up towards the sky.

You can see the stars slowly shining brighter as the sunlight begins to fade.

Your breath is calm as you're soaking in the light from the stars.

The sound of the waves are gentle and soothing.

You feel yourself drifting gently.

You're cocooned in the hammock feeling safe,

Feeling comforted.

As you gently sway your breath softens.

Your eyes are heavy as you begin to drift into sleep.

Your worries,

Your fears fall away.

As you feel the warm surround you.

You feel the light from the stars protecting you and your worries and fears flowing out into the vast ocean with each breath.

You're dreaming,

Dreaming of a brighter day.

You're dreaming.

As you breathe in,

As you breathe out,

You are dreaming.

Sleep well.

Good night.
